They took great care of me through the whole process of buying my first home and made it a smooth and straight forward experience.They had answers to every question I had and offered their advice and insights at every stage. They even had suggestions for renovations I can make to improve my home once I’m settled in that will increase the value of the home! I was particularly impressed with their responsiveness and how quickly they were able to get things done. For example, after business hours on a weekday I requested an earlier closing date and within the hour I had confirmation that all parties were willing.Al and Gena are generous with their time and energy and were a great asset for me navigating this process. If you don’t choose Melissa Bridgewater as your realtor, you’re missing out on the most seamless experience! On a whim, Melissa agreed to take my husband and I to a showing, knowing that we we not even set on buying, but just truly curious of a beautiful home that had just listed. Of course we fell in love with the house and within 24 hours Melissa became not only our buying agent, but our selling agent too! Our home was in the final stages of a remodel and definitely not ready to sell. We had only a couple of days to finish our projects before needing to photograph for our listing. Melissa didn’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves, paintbrush in hand and help get our home at that time, show ready. An unexpected trip out of town was required of my family and Melissa made sure the ball never stopped rolling. She rallied her people and reassured me that everything would be complete before we returned home. Not only was every project complete, but our home was pristine and taken care of as if it was her own. I never would have expected this level of commitment from a realtor!
