Albert is awesome—that’s really all you need to know. Just call him if you want to sell your home.Want more details? Alright, here you go. I was referred to Albert by someone I trust, and my situation was selling my shared-wall condo in Cedar Park at the tail end of 2024 and the start of 2025. Depending on when you’re reading this, let’s just say the real estate market wasn’t exactly throwing a party at that time. I also chose to sell in Fall/Winter, which, let’s be real, isn’t exactly peak selling season.Albert had a few timing challenges on his hands, but fortunately, my home was in that sweet spot of “used but not totally falling apart” and “slightly new,” the location was decent, and I didn’t have a hard timeline to be out.I met with Albert at my condo, and we went over everything. He was optimistic but also very realistic about what to expect in the market at that moment. I immediately felt comfortable working with him because I didn’t feel rushed, pressured, or like just another client in a big firm’s sales machine. (I’m not exactly a fan of FOMO tactics or aggressive salesmanship.) Everything sounded good, so I signed on the dotted line to let him sell my place.Albert and his team quickly got my home staged in a way that was perfect for selling but also still functional since I was living there during the process. They were super efficient in getting everything ready, from the staging to the photos, so we could list as soon as possible.Now, while my listing got some decent web traffic and views, actual buyers were a little harder to come by (again, see the bullet point above about the market). But Albert kept me updated the entire time—honest, straightforward, and his bedside manner is chef’s kiss. He kept me in the loop about showings and feedback. After about two months on the market, we got a serious buyer with a solid offer.When it came time to negotiate, Albert was fantastic. We were both on the same page about pricing and next steps. Honestly, that was probably the easiest part of the entire process.Now, there were some challenges in getting the deal over the line. But while I’m super happy to have sold my home, I’m not here to air the full drama. What I will say is that Albert handled my (few) frustrations perfectly. After closing, I learned there were actually more complications going on behind the scenes than I was aware of at the time—which I greatly appreciate because the selling process is stressful enough as it is. I jokingly apologized for making things difficult, and he told me it wasn’t even the worst he’s seen. Now that’s professionalism.From the initial introduction email to shaking hands after closing, the entire process took about 3.5 months. I truly appreciate everything Albert and his team did to help me sell my place and move on to the next chapter of my life.TL;DR: Albert is awesome—honestly, that’s all you really need to know.

My boyfriend and I were at S 1st Flats in Austin, TX. Our landlord Albert was very personable and easy to reach. Our neighbors were very friendly and I felt very safe at the complex. Albert was fair and generous - I definitely recommend him as a landlord and the complex as a whole!

In the high-stress & fast-paced real estate industry, Albert always maintains a professional & kind temperament. Yet as our realtor, Albert represented us well, making sure our needs were met & upheld.We have enjoyed working with Albert and highly recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell a house.
