Alan King & Assoc. Is the best realty and property management company Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Ive lived all over the country due to work and this, by far, is the best rental experience ever. Alan King 2 in particular is very thorough, professional and gets things done quickly, which I can appreciate. I will definitely recommend friends, family and all associates of mine to call them for all their realty needs. Thanks Alan, you guys are much appreciated.

Alan King & Associates Real Estate is one of best companies that we have ever experienced. Over the 20 years that I served in the military and moved from different places, I have never met a more professional and responsive real estate agent. Mr. King is a class act by himself. He listens to his clients requests and he gets it. We believe hes one of the best here in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We communicated with multiple real estate agents when we moved here 10 years ago and none of those agents compared to Mr. King. He managed our property for 3 years with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. He also sold our house within 3 days of it hitting the market. We would definitely recommend Alan King to anyone who is in need of real estate services. Their can-do attitude and professionalism speaks volumes and that is what separates them from the others.

Alan King has always been the expert voice when i needed real estate advice. He sold me my first home and taught me along the way what to look for. It wasn’t only me he was looking out for but my family and the future resale value. All of this and I had already known him for 15 years before hand. You see Alan also served his country along side me and always set the example of what a respectable man should be like. His goal is to always take care of others and he stands behind his work!

We are a Miltary family so we had to put up our house for rent pretty fast. Best decision ever was to go with Alan King rental company! We rented out our house within a month or so. He always doing what’s best for us as owners and for the tenants! We haven’t had any issues and always gets back to us right away! Use there services if you want to be taken care of!

He’s never pressured me or tried to sway my decisions like other realtors I’ve worked with. He helped me buy my first home in San Antonio and now manages my property rental. As long as I have property in San Antonio he’s the first person I’ll call for help. King & Associates are really the best in SA.

We had a bad experience with another agent then we met King. He was so personable, provided detail, sound recommendations before listening our house. Our house was listed and the next day we had several showings and an almost immediate offer within days- Sold!King was there with us to prep the house for listing and even went to our closing. We felt like family along the way because we could tell he cares about the clients first and foremost. Thank you King family the Smiths really appreciate everything you did and continue to do for our community.You know someone is good if you refer friends and family. We did and continue to refer them to King. BTW Looking for a house for my mom now with King.
