Our agent, Michael Guerrero, was amazing to work with! My family and I were relocating to the San Antonio area from Germany. With Michael as our agent, he made our transition into our future home easy and worry-free. Michael worked with us to find our perfect home. He listened to our needs and found a home that met all of my familys wants and needs in the perfect location. With the 7 hour time difference between Germany and San Antonio, he stayed in constant contact with us and kept us up-to-date every step of the way. Once arriving in San Antonio, Michael walked us through the home buying process and kept us on track until we closed on our home. Michael has kept in touch to help answer any/all questions we might have. Hes very professional, patient and friendly. Overall we had the best experience buying our first home. We were also buying out of state and Michael was there every step of the way. Even when we weren’t able to see updates in person Michael would send us personalized video/photos updates of the progress being made. Michael is amazing! Not only is he patient and doesnt breathe down your neck like other real estate agents but hes also focused on getting his clients the best deal possible. Other agents were so focused on a quick sale that they wanted us to list for 15k less than what we wanted. Michael, on the other hand, was focused on what was best for us while still offering realistic and experience driven guidance... our house still sold in less than 48 hrs and for the exact price we wanted!! I cant say enough good things about him and his excellent attention to all of our questions. Thank you Michael!!
