Our family has had an excellent experience working with Karen (Bassler) for the purchase of our house in College Station. Karen was recommended to us by good friends. She is very knowledgeable of the College Station and Bryan area and a very kind person with great attention to detail. As we were not familiar with the American real estate system, it took a while for us to understand and transition to a new housing market. Karen was very helpful during this transition. Karen listened to our wishes and kept them in mind. To this point, we were about to make an offer for a house, which was very good, but still not what I wanted, and Karen encouraged me to wait a bit more for what we were looking for. In the end, we found the perfect place to live that we all enjoy so much. We appreciate that so much! Karen is a very hard-working person, she was very responsive and ready to answer all kinds of questions regarding the properties we were considering buying. Kare did her best to ask for more information and find answers to our questions when things were not that clear. She was also ready to negotiate prices based on property facts. Even after we bought our house when we had some questions regarding the property tax system here and beyond, Karen has been very amazing in giving us insightful information and guidance.

When Debbie and I first came to College Station, we didn’t know what we wanted or where we wanted to live. Nobody showed us more patience than Carla, and she showed us lots of places, more than 30 if I remember correctly. We met the rest of the staff too Nobody was pushy. Everyone was super helpful. We finally developed a good idea of what we wanted, and Carla still found us 3-4 suitable options. You may hear about other realtors, but nobody can match this team!
