As sellers of a rental property out of state, we relied on Celeste for things that the homeowner would normally do themselves. Celeste went above and beyond our expectations of a great job. First she recommended the best contractor to do the ready for resale work and then we had an offer the first few days the house was on the market. She handled everything with professional integrity and helped us make decisions about things that we couldnt be there to take care. We would recommend Adkor Realty to anyone who wants a GREAT realtor, someone who will go above and beyond and is looking to work with an agent that demonstrates great integrity.

Celeste and Ashley of Adkor Realty went above and beyond as our chosen realtors. To sell, we were given expert advise to stage and prepare, top-notch professional listing services, and quick results. To buy, we were afforded all the time we needed to view homes in our target area. Once we found our home of interest, the Adkor team assisted in every detail; with measurements, area statistics, realtor communications, and offer negotiations -- proving successful. Celeste worked with us for about a year. We knew what we were looking for, and she went above and beyond searching out homes that met our criteria. Then we changed our criteria, and she continued to search out every possible home that met our needs. We finally decided to build a new home which would primarily be done while we were out of the state for several months. Celeste went above and beyond again as she drove out of her way to take photos and send us updates as well as doing the first walk through for us. Through all of this, it was obvious she cared about us finding exactly what we were looking for... She was there helping us as we picked out our finishes too. If you are shopping for a home in the central Texas area, I can’t recommend Celeste Messer highly enough.
