Staff are very knowledgeable and professional π could change the way they receive work orders and offer faster maintenance services....shouldnt have to take pictures and send email not everybody is capable of doing it that way...but overall friendly staff...One never knows what is to come from someone until a certain time has passed. I dont have the time nor energy to have to move, so with that, im just going to say this, not everyone is as they seem. Pay attention to the details and fine print! Make sure that you let them know if you are qualified for any type of service animals and do your homework π -

We have been with this company for over 3 years now! Being a young adult and just living in horrible apartments. Before finding accent reality. It was so refreshing to walking into a professional business and be treated with respect. And find a lovely 3 bedroom home on the historical side of temple!! I couldnβt be more please with our house and neighborhood. It is very quiet with amazing people around us. And anytime we every have a problem big or small all I have to do is call up there or shoot them an email and it is handled almost instantly. Or to the best of their ability. Down to the repair man or the ac guy at A & B services. (Cause this Texas heat is no joke) everything is always handled so respectfully and timely. I recommend this company to everyone!! We are truly blessed to have found yβall!!! -
