I have been working with Gilbert & Angela Moses since 2015. They were the best property managers weve ever had, and we went through several with our house in Florida. They selected great tenants that paid on time and didnt tear up our house. All maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. They found tenants quickly each time someone moved out.Recently, we decided to sell our house and I was nervous about having them sell the house because that is a different function, but one of my friends had a good experience with them. We had 21 offers (part of that is because we got lucky with the great housing market right now), but they took care of everything except signing the final documents and we got higher offers than we expected, which means they did a great job fixing the place up for sale and advertising it.Gilbert and Angela are THE BEST! Dont hesitate to work with these excellent professionals for property management and/or selling your house. Thanks again, Team Moses!

We had the pleasure of renting a newly built house which A&G Property Management managed. We never had any issues with anyone being unprofessional or “all about the money” as stated in other reviews. Every time we submitted a work order (which was twice for very minor issues), the problem was fixed in a timely manner. We dealt with Gilbert the whole two years of renting the property and every phone call or email was professional. He always went above and beyond to make sure our family was satisfied and taken care of. He never invaded our privacy and respected us as tenants all while handling his business as a property manager. We ended up closing on the house we’ve been renting for two years on today. We absolutely love our home, however, if we ever decide to put it up for rent, we’d most definitely trust our property to be managed by A&G. We know we’d be in good hands! I’d definitely recommend A&G Property Management to anyone looking for an awesome and trustworthy company to manage your property. You will not be disappointed!

I am not sure where to start, Gilbert and Angela have helped me purchase two homes, sale a home, manage one of my properties, and have rented another home to me. I can honestly say, I cannot think of one single complaint. Gilbert has always been upfront and honest with me, he has never been one to tell me what I want to hear, only his honest assessment.What sold me on A&G was when they refused to let me buy our perfect house. They flat out told me, you are in the military and will be moving in 3 years, you are going to come to me for help managing this property when you leave and we will not be able to rent it for the cost of your mortgage, then you will be mad at me, so lets go find another house. The fact that he would turn down a larger commission to ensure our long term goals were met said all I needed to know about their company.I have worked with A&G in some form or fashion since 2014 and not only have I gained a trusted company in real estate, I have gained someone that I consider a friend.

They were amazing as our property management and always alerted us right away if there were any issues. We then decided to sell our house and had offers right away. It was such a smooth process! A & G Property is by far the best property management company that Ive ever rented from. From the very beginning Gilbert and Angela has been like family. I rented a property from them for 5 years, and never have we had any issues with maintenance repairs. I was given his name by one of his clients, and she said they were the best..... They were absolutely correct!! A lot of work had to be done via email and txtg, and phone calls.. Our family was referred to Gilbert Moses eight years ago when we relocated to the San Antonio area, he paid attention to the details that were important to us and made our home purchase a smooth process. An unexpected job offer with a distant commute led us to the decision to sell our home and to call Gilbert again. What could have been additional anxiety turned into a great experience. With Gilberts guidance and advice, we listed our home and had multiple offers within a few days (five to be exact). From the listing date to our closing date it was exactly 30 days. A & G is by far the best property management service we have dealt with. We rented from them for 18 months, if there was a maintenance issue they took care of it right away, always friendly and very easy to talk to. When our lease was up and we were ready to buy our own house Gilbert worked it out so we could stay where we were and not have to move twice. We were so very fortunate to partner with A&G Property Services almost 5 years ago. They helped us prepare our home to rent out to tenants and were able to find and secure renters in just a matter of days. For the next four years, A&G was incredible and helped resolve any issues our tenants had, leveraged their relationships with a variety of local repairmen to fix anything that required attention, and processed payments on-time, every time. There is not a single thing we would ask A&G to change about our experience. After four years and 2 tenants, we decided to sell our home and A&G was the natural choice to help with the process. We can’t thank Gilbert Moses and his team enough. We have been with Gilbert since 2015, he started off as our Property Manager for our home in San Antonio, TX. In 2021 we decided to sell the house, we are located out of State and were nervous how the process would work. Gilbert then became our realtor and to say Gilbert made this process seamless is an understatement. This was our first time selling a home and we’re out of State. The odds were stacked against us, but Gilbert took care of EVERYTHING. He guided us through the process, gave us options and helped us successfully sell our first home. I can’t recommend him and his team enough, you can tell he loves what he does and he takes pride in his work, it’s more than just a job for them.

I have been with Mr. and Mrs. Moses from the beginning. They have managed my property for years with no issues. In 2014 when my A/C died, they were able to get it replaced with zero issues. As a fellow veteran, he has always taken care of my property like it was his own! When we moved backed to San Antonio for round two, he was there. Home was purchased with zero issues in 2017. In 2019 we sold our rental. Again, everything was taken care of with no stress on our end. 2021 we are hit with a short notice PCS. We trust the team and again they come through with strategic preparation for the home, and logical pricing of the home. The home was priced to bring buyers in without scaring them away. We ended up with over asking and all concessions met. Gilbert and his wife are family and took care of us as such. From being one of their original properties to closing on our last this year, they are a class act and we will misd them as we leave San Antonio!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. I was notified of a last minute move and Mr. Moses helped me get my property on the market in a few short days. Within 2 hours we had a tenant ready to sign a lease. Fast forward two years and the same tenant (signed a 2 year lease) made mention of wanting to buy the house. A few short months later Mr. Moses seamlessly transitioned from my father like property manager to my real estate agent. We went from negotiations to closing in a little over a month. Full asking price! Mark was the best part of our entire house buying process. We met him as the selling agent of a house we were interested in, and while that house unfortunately had an offer already accepted on it, Mark was so knowledgeable and helpful even in the first meeting that we knew we wanted to have him help us through the rest of our house search. He was very skilled at finding houses that we were interested in and met our requirements, and had excellent advice for all aspects of the process from start to finish. We had some major issues with our closing that were due 100% to the negligence of the title company the seller selected, and if it wasnt for Mark I can only imagine how badly it would have impacted the final closing of our house.
