Rachel is who you need to talk to, ESPECIALLY for military. We hit a few snags we could in the process that would have been really stressful but Rachel was always there to resolve any issues even after we moved. We never worried because Rachel took every burden on her own shoulders. We are forever grateful we had her to sell our first home.

Rachel is fantastic. Shes one of the few professionals Ive worked with that is just above and beyond the rest. She helped me buy my house years ago and made the process so easy that I knew Id call her when it was time to sell. Now, as expected, the selling experience was smooth and effortless. She is quick to respond to any questions I had and gave me informative answers and helped guide me where needed. And even though she is in high demand, she dedicates time to make it feel like you are her most important client. Cant recommend highly enough, six out of five stars.

I called Rachel Case and two others out of the yellow pages so to speak, based only on online reviews. The other two never replied to my voicemail but Rachel had an associate reach out to me the next day. Gary jumped right in, an honest and straightforward buyers agent-slash-tour guide. Picking service professionals out of the yellow pages can be dicey, but in this case I hit the jackpot for local realtors.
