We thought there was no chance we would ever get out of our overpriced apartment. We had little to no money saved with a daughter in daycare and a mound of student loan debt. We came to Robby for help renting a house so that our daughter could have a backyard to play in, knowing that buying a house wasnt possible. After working some numbers he let us know that a home purchase was in fact a realistic option!Robby worked with us patiently, showed us numerous homes within our budget and desired location. After we werent able to find a home that met our expectations, Robby suggested a different neighborhood that we hadnt previously considered. His expertise uncovered a home with a great layout for sale below market value. We have now been in it for 2.5 years! Not only do we love our neighbors but our home equity has risen considerably!I cannot recommend Robby and Katy enough. Their fun personalities made us feel as though we were buying a house through friends and we couldnt have been more at ease through the entire process.

What a great experience! They sold me my property without a hitch! I was nearly taken at Remax, but the heard about Robby Roden, talked to him on the phone, and I could tell that he wasnt some salesperson trying to earn a buck. He truly cared and explained everything in detail, worked with me, found me a home that I love, and I still invite him over for BBQs. These people are great and they will look out for your best interest and get you into a home you LOVE!!!Not to mention, a percentage of their earnings on every home they sell goes to a great cause--Narcolepsy research and awareness!

It has been a pleasure working with Katy & Rob and the 3Z Realty Team! We have no doubt that we picked the right realtor to represent us in the in the sale of our home in Kyle. As we were no longer living in the area, their team went out of their way to keep us up to date on the very fluid local market conditions (sales in the area, competitive listings, etc.) as well as feedback after each showing of the home. Once we got a contract, they walked us thru the closing process, scheduling contractors and inspectors...always making sure that our interests were well protected. We greatly appreciate everything extra that they did for us (taking in the garbage cans, picking up packages left at our door, unlocking gates for the lawn crew, even as far as checking on the house after the recent storms!). It made our transition back to College Station so much easier. They provided great personalized service and we didnt get lost in the mix as I feel we would have if we had gone with one of the national chain real estate companies. Thanks for everything!

UPDATE: We were very disappointed when we first arrived (I gave this place 1 star) but after 2 years, I can say that things certainly turned around for us. In 2015, staffing was obviously a problem (phone calls and emails were unanswered, etc) but that turned around dramatically. Obviously, we liked it since we renewed our lease! Our family grew by 1 while we there and it was a comfort to know we would be bringing her home to a quiet, warm neighborhood. Weve moved but will always have a warm spot for this place. Wonderful improvement, 3Z! Great for small families and newlyweds, not just college students.
