Difficult circumstances often are a very clear and effective way to discern the skill, sincerity and goodwill of a person or organization with whom you have entered into a contractual relationship.My girlfriend and I signed a lease on a home this past May and within a week had one house calamity after another - The main drainCollapsed and had to be jack hammered out, the main vaulted ceiling caved in wish 7 tons of fifty year old insulating materials, the dish washer died, the A/C compressor failed - the list continues beyond these and is astonishingly long.31 Realty is not perfect - but they are an exceptional property mgmt. firm. They partnered with me to get the repair teams on site and got busy repairing and cleaning up. Their sense of urgency and effective communication kept our blood pressure low.They did a good job making us whole. We give the high marks. Especially Carrie Li!!! Shes the best & brightest!!

The application process for the rental property was fairly quick and easy. It took me calling a couple times get in contact with someone regarding a showing. Ultimately didnt lease the property but the leasing agent Jackson was very nice. Only knocked 1 star because the communication could have been more timely throughout the process.

My experience renting with 31 Realty has been pleasant since the beginning. I was looking in the Frisco area and came across my current residence. I didn’t really like that it was carpeted, so unexpectedly they had vinyl plank installed throughout, before my move in date, which was awesome. Since then I had the a/c go out on a 100+ degree day and Susan from 31Realty sent a technician out within 2 hours and saved the day.The staff I have spoken with have been very friendly, and available every time I’ve needed them..From my experience, I will highly recommend 31 Realty…. 👍🏻

I must say. They are making strides to improve and have done all that we have asked and more in repairs and damages that they are trying to fix for us. They even gave us back our full deposit. Some companies are not known for service and helping the tenant, but Im here to say 31 has really come through and they are not making me put this my wife and I decided to because they deserve a good review for the work they have done . Im not saying they have done right by everyone all the time at all . But Susan and Sam have done the best we could ask in this case and my family is very happy with them for the efforts.

Sam Shao sold my property in a rural area this summer. It usually takes 45 minutes of driving to get the property in one way. But the distance didnt bother Sam to be my list agent. Sam was able to get two offers to me. The 2nd offer was 12% higher than first offer and only 5% off the listing price. Sam helped me save lots of repairs. I was happy with deal and the closing went very well. Sam is very experienced, responsive and responsible. He has a great market sense and can set the price very well.
