This is the first house that my wife and I bought together. Working with Yanti and Chris was the best decision we made. My wife was looking for specific criteria for our forever home and our realtors were so patient in taking us to literally dozens and dozens of houses before we found the one.Communication and response time is always immediate. When we had a question about something we would always get a text/call response, night or day. We even had a list of houses we would go see but in the end, it was a house that Yanti found that became our pick and we are so grateful!Yanti and Chris never stopped fighting for us, even after our offer was accepted. As a part of the sign-in process at the open house, Kerri took our information and in conversation learned that we had plans to move to North Texas (Flower Mound, Lantana, Grapevine, Coppell) in the summer of 2022. She researched any house I showed an interest - sharing any good or bad information. Unfortunately, the first house failed a septic inspection - she was in contact with the other realtor & stood by our side when they tried to negotiate on something non-negotiable. She promptly did any paperwork & always kept me & the mortgager up-to-date. She made time to show us more houses on our schedule. I know she did more than Im even aware behind-the-scenes because of her updates with me, other realtors, title company, inspectors, mortgager.Above & beyond: When the appraiser disappeared, postponing our closing - she vouched for me with the sellers, negotiating a temporary lease & even personally borrowed us a couple of her zero gravity chairs to have something to sit on outside.
