From my first phone conversation with Jeremy at 1907 Realty until my closing and beyond, he was incredibly helpful in all aspects of my recent home purchase. Jeremy is a very knowledgeable, honest kind-hearted person who went out of his way to gather information so that I was able to make an informed decision when choosing a property to buy. Being that I was a non-resident home buyer, the additional videos, pics and measurements of properties and interiors he sent were extremely helpful. When I needed help in finding local contractors he suggested various businesses to choose from. I feel his advice and negotiations in buying my new home helped me get the best deal possible. I couldn’t be more grateful for all his help.

My agent Jeremy Sepin was a real pleasure to work with. He was professional but also very personable during the whole process. His attention to detail and follow-up was one of the best service experiences I have received in a long time. I met Jeremy after he helped my Mother find a home and she recommended him after using three realtors before him. Trying to sell a property in disarray in Oklahoma when you live in Florida can present its challenges but Jeremy made it so easy that I forgot at times I was doing it from another state. Before we entered escrow Jeremey did his homework, shared with me his findings and came up with a strong and fair price point for my property. Through his experience and expertise he was able to help me find the value in my property that I did not believe was there. Because of his keen and astute research we were able to open up escrow at full asking price within 3 days. If it wasnt for Jeremy I would have taken less for the property and without his experience might of had a harder time selling it as well.
