After getting four copettitive bids to have my second floor balcony replaced, I chose Quality Assurance Repairs to do the work. Quality Assurance was the lowest bidder, coming in 12% below the lowest bid of the remaining three. Being it was the lowest bid, from a small company, I was a little apprehensive about the upcoming work. But my worries subsided very quickly. Tiffany hit the ground running, working with me on the choice of materials, ensuring that I get the desired look, at the lowest possible cost. When the time came to do the work, the crew was very efficient, polite, and the team lead was experienced. The work got completed in one day! At the end of the day, Tiffany came to inspect the work and found some minor improvements, which she requested her crew to complete the following day, which they did. From my experience, this firm focuses on quality work, excellent customer service, and their costs are not burdened by huge overheads. I would not hesitate to hire this company again for any additional work when it comes up. Great people, excellent work, highly recommended!

I am so excited about what Quality Assurance didfor me. They made an arbor to cover my pre existing deck. They are professional and knowledgeable crew.They even repaired some pieces of the deck to make it right. Very easily to work with and they made sure that things were done to my satisfactory to my standards. I loved that. Awesome Job guys

This company is the best contractors Ive ever experienced. I didnt have much at this time of the year but they worked with me and gave me excellent service.They went above and beyond what I expected. They installed a fence in the back of my home and everything I requested they did it. Good job Quality Assurance!!
