I recently used Magic Make Readies for maintenance assistance while the property was short staffed. We were in a bind and Magic Make Readies truly saved the day! The maintenance technician was professional and extremely skilled. The Magic team was all around amazing to work with!

Cheryl Leonard/Magic Make Readies did a full rehab and make ready for a duplex I recently purchased. Cheryl has a great attitude, she is very easy to work with, and she took complete control of an old beat up apartment and made it into something spectacular. Cheryl is very detail oriented and keeps detailed records and receipts of the work she has done, she has excellent taste in choosing the right materials to make the apartment look outstanding. I can not be more happy with everything that Cheryl has done to help me make my investment a success, I highly recommend Cheryl and Magic Make Readies!!!

First time using them and it was amazing! We had a super quick turn that wasnt going to allow us to be able to have a bunch of vendors in at a time. Magic Make Readies eliminated that headache and the apartment came out beautiful! If I didnt have a full time maintenance team, I would be using them all the time! For now we have them in an emergency and I am confident we will use them again!

Magic Make Readies saved me! When I reached out to them for help, I was stressed, panicked and exhausted from being short staffed. Christy immediately responded to my email and within minutes I felt so much relief. She assured me they could help and immediately dug into my needs and connected me with Amber to get everything scheduled. Amber was no different, just as helpful and effective with a dose of therapy, giving me back my confidence that everything would be taken care of and my new residents would be able to move into their homes with no worries or issues! Then comes Tracy, the icing on the cake who came and verified all promises were kept so that I didn’t have to spend the extra time doing so myself. I can’t thank this team enough. I truly appreciate you all and will be calling you every time I find myself short staffed for any reason!
