    I’ve officed with this location since August 2023 and it has been only fantastic experiences. From moving in, to signing the paperwork, to scheduling painters, and taking phone calls, I can say with certainty that I have never worked somewhere so stress free. Kristin and Kathy make this place such a joy to come to every day. My clients are always commenting on how impressed they are at how polished, professional, and inviting the environment is. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. Bonus: the coffee machine is a huge perk that makes great coffee, tea, and AMAZING hot chocolate.

    I love my room and the staff is so warm and open to holistic practitioners like me. For a meal break, I can walk to the library and sit by water and trees with my bento and ground out. Even without a storefront, I’ve received referrals from people I meet there.

    I just signed a lease there and I am already so impressed! The office space is very nice and clean and the location has plenty of parking. The conference rooms are large and maintained well. The receptionist, Kathy is absolutely wonderful. Shes kind with wonderful energy. I was looking at several offices and she absolutely convinced me this was the right choice. I am positive that when my clients come in they will have a wonderful experience. Kristin is the business manager and shes incredibly sweet, professional and personable. The service is impeccable!

    This is a great place! Ive been a client here since 2015. The staff are very good and know what they are doing. The office environment is always clean and serene.Theyre very professional, they receive my mails and incoming calls and deliver accordingly.     Ttitan Business Suites is the BEST decision, if you are looking to have a virtual office service or rent an office space.I have a virtual office with them for almost 2-years, and I have never had any issues with my mail. I also do rent office or conference space to meet with clients, and I love the location of their buidling and their modern accomodations.The have an online portal which makes bookings extrmely easy and great prices.Kristin is profesional, reliable, responsive and efficient; she provides an excellent service. Kathy is also profeisonal, reliable, and extrmely kind always recives my clients with the best smile.I trust them with my business and they have now come a great part of my sucess!

    I have been a client here since 2013. LaShanna and Kristin are great at what they do! They always go out of their way to make sure you have everything they need. They give a warm welcome to all of my clients and answer my incoming calls very professionally. The offices and common areas are always kept clean. I have never had one bad experience here in the 6 years I have been here. I would definitely recommend Titan Business Suites.

    Im nearing the end of my first lease at Titans Cinco Ranch location, and Ive had the opportunity of talking with neighbors in the building about their experiences over time. So I have a few observations which I hope are useful to those considering the property. Anyone can tour the facility and make their own determination about how well the fit and finish of the place will serve their purpose. What cannot be so easily measured, and what for most will prove to be of equal importance, is the way the facility is managed, how responsive and facilitative those managers are, and what additional impression their work makes on clients and ones own satisfaction with the space. In that arena, Titan is worthy of its name. I think its fair to say Ive been an unusually high maintenance tenant. I expressed that I would be happier with a couple of degrees more A/C (it was 73 in my office on a hot day). Two days later an additional duct was run to my unit. Two days. I did not make the request. I merely expressed my feeling. I complimented the hot chocolate in the kitchen area. An additional supply was ordered immediately and I have three times opened my door to a staff member bringing me an unrequested but very welcome cup of the stuff. True story. But more to the point, my clientele are a complex and sensitive group, and here the superior service pays off in profits. Detailed instructions, this time in the form of requests, have been followed to the letter, and they varied significantly depending upon who that client was at that hour. Some are even escorted to my office in person, every time they come. I have taken advantage of the excellent conference room facilities, both the beautiful large area at the front, and the smaller ones. Every time a seamless experience. I see clients on weekends, and need A/C. Accommodations were made in the timing of the thermostat. I had need of faster ethernet. The change was made on the spot, with an arrangement for the speed to be adjusted each day until I was satisfied. Packages arrive. Furniture. All coordinated flawlessly. Each morning I am greeted by two probably overworked staffers whose buoyant cheerful attitude sets a welcome tone for both me and my clients. When I leased this space, I found the manager appropriately solicitous, and thought little of it. Thats to be expected. But that attitude has extended throughout all my months here. I would like to balance this review with some sort of mild complaint, but I havent a single negative thing to say about Kristen and Kathy or Titan. It was dumb luck that brought me here, that and the exquisite location. But I am staying for the service. If the actual space doesnt suit your needs, look elsewhere. Otherwise I very strongly recommend this facility.

    Best office experience ever! Everything about it is exceptional but the receptionist (Kathy) is the absolute best part of the package! She gives the extra level of professionalism that no Boxer property could ever offer! 10/10!! If you dont have an office here yet, get one!

    The best ever! Thats all I can say. My real estate brokerage has used Titan in the past. They were always so flexible to meet my business needs. That was important especially during my first year of business. I highly recommend the virtual office service for anyone who is just starting out and needs a meeting place for clients. This facilitys decor makes you look like you are on top of your game. The receptionist and staff make you look like you have a full administrative team on your payroll. I think the prices are competitive but the most important thing I liked about Titan is that they didnt try to nickle and dime you for every little service. That is important when you are an entrepreneur on a budget. Every penny really does count. So I felt like I was spending it wisely with Titan.

    These suites are way clean and the view is nice! There are ducks that like to hang around and theres a lake close by which provides nice views- compared to other places, you cant beat their price especially considering how close we are to La Centerra. This is a great place to bring a client over or if you want a professional atmosphere to work in. Thanks to the kind staff as well, always so responsive!

    I currently office in Titan Business Suites. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The rates are competitive and the offices are well-maintained. Mail is delivered promptly and phone are answered quickly and courteously. There are little extras as well, like a well-stocked coffee/tea station for us and our guests/customers to enjoy. There is also small assortment of snacks that are available daily as well. Really, this is a great place for you to hang your shingle. You should come share space w/us. Wed love you have you in our lil community!
