As I arrived at my office this morning at 7:45, I noticed the Maintenance Man, Kelly picking up the trash out of the parking lot.The people that come to visit our building leave their trash outside which diminishes the brand that we are trying to preserve.No matter what the task, or their job position, KRM staff always try to take care of their tenants. Anytime I need care, Sheila, Juan, Johnny the cleaning ladies and especially Christopher and Irene are always there to resolve issues quickly...and they follow up to make sure that it is done properly.Thank you KRM, I appreciate your dedication to the tenants in your properties. It does not go unnoticed.

My Husband and I have run a business together for the last ten years. We started out of our home and then upgraded to an office space at KRM Properties. We have been a tenant of KRM Properties for 7 years, in all that time they have been AWESOME. The building I’m in is busy with businesses, but it’s still quiet and clean. The office Staff Chris, Irene, and Sheila have been phenomenal. Special thanks to Chris whom has been exceptional at providing his expertise and care for our business. If we have any issues Chris is beyond helpful, he takes care of them right away. We have been in search of another space and Chris found it at a great price in the same building. KRM Properties is affordable and reasonable. They can find you your perfect office space with a variety of layouts to fit your business. I would give KRM Properties 10 stars if the rating system went that high ....

Christopher at building 525 is a real people person! He helped me find the best space for my business. Every time I visited KRM unsure which office space company I wanted to work with, Christopher treated me like we just met. He was patient with my questions and walked me through the options that met my needs.I actually chose KRM because of how I was treated at KRM.The building I’m in is busy with businesses, but it’s still quiet and clean. I felt comfortable knowing security was patrolling the grounds and there is plenty of parking.There’s a lot of good things I can say about my experience here at KRM, so I’m just going to say, if you want to deal with a good leasing company, call Christopher.

Ive been a tenant n this building working as a contract provider since 2007 and then moving into my own Private Practice office for the past 3 years. During this time, there has been a lot of changes and upgrades to the building. One things for sure, whenever I have an issue and I call them, they will make it there number one priority to ensure that my issue is resolve. I try to be realistic and realize I am not there only tenant but I treat this property as if it is my own so I try to take care of it. My rent is reasonable and Ive just expanded my office again. Thank you KRM. My staff and I appreciate your efforts in making my building a clean and secure place where my clients feel comforted as soon as they walk into the door.

Awesome leasing team !! Ms. Irene, Ms. Sheila and Mr. Chris are an awesome Trio and I’m so excited to be apart of the KRM family in my new leasing space! They have been extremely helpful with 2 new rental spaces for my 2 small businesses! My parents have been here for years. Transferred from one building to another. During Covid it was a difficult time loosing my father. Irene was so helpful and accommodating. I always deal with her for anything we need. If your looking for a hidden gem it’s KRM properties. I remember shopping around with parents in the surrendering area for offices spaces years back, and what sets this office building apart is the personable service it provides. If your looking for an office space to rent come here tell them Z & C Construction referred you.

My hat is off to Irene, Chris and Sheila. I leased a suite at this location for 7 years and from beginning to end they were available, responsive and helpful and they always had a smile and a good attitude. My departure from the building in 2023 had nothing to do with staff or property issues. If I still needed that much office space, I would have stayed right there.

I just want to say that the management is amazing. They go above and beyond to help with all your needs. Chris will accommodate your every need. Irene is also great. I have been a tenant at Building 505 for a few years now and I am currently inquiring about a second space! This is the best property to do business with.

They have always been friendly and helpful. Oh yeah and the price is so much cheaper, very convenient to get to and from the airport which is a big plus for my business. Keep up the good work

We have rented space in this building serviced by KRM since 2014. The cost was definitely a factor, but there are a few other pros as well: its outside the inner loop, so not as busy an area as more central locations; you can find an office that fits your budget and size; and where it definitely shines is client service: they are responsive, helpful and will walk an extra mile. I would like to specifically mention Christopher - he went above and beyond more than once for us. If you are a small business owner or a start-up on a budget, this place is for you.

I recently lost my wallet and had no access to get into our 505 beltway building, literally no one would allow me to come into the building without my own swipe card even the security guard. After two days I was finally able to make into the office and Chris was able to get me another at ease. I had no idea we had around the clock security services because I’m always working pretty late and always miss their shift changes. I feel a lot better knowing our building is that secure.
