Spent some time at the Ranch Office in Katy today and cant speak highly enough of the experience. Jay invited me down, I saw the fantastic space and facilities. He was very flexible for my needs for a private office. They even lay on complimentary lunch for members every second Tuesday! As many tacos as you can eat! Extremely friendly and personable much better than a corporate office space. If you have a need for office space give them a shout! Fantastic experience.

Ive had the pleasure of both visiting The Ranch Office for my physician’s appointments and attending an event in their rental space, and I can confidently say it’s an excellent facility. The building is stylish, clean, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The staff and crew are consistently friendly, making every visit a positive experience.The event room is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for gatherings of all kinds. Whether youre a clinician, patient, or event attendee, The Ranch Office offers a great environment. Highly recommend!

I visited the Ranch Office next to the Katy Mills Mall for the first time. The manager Jay was very professional and helpful and part of the charm and the place’s chill vibe. The facilities are very quiet and I got so much work done. I really enjoyed the “telephone booth” office space. I had a video call and that small but very private room with comfortable desk and convenient outlets was just what I needed. I will be going back again soon!

AMAZING!!!!! I started at the Ranch Office off Blalock Rd. in 2023 and moved to the Katy Office a few months back when it opened. The people and businesses that occupy this office are so great. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly. The Ranch Office feels like home, and I enjoy coming into work everyday. Michael and Jay are both awesome, always answering calls and request at any time during the day or evening. If you are looking for a workspace, I would highly recommend checking out the Ranch Office in Houston or Katy. You will not regret it. Come see us!!!!!

We were looking for an office in Katy and were open to co-working spaces. This place fully delivers on expectations! Not only do we have our private office space for 6 people, our whole team of 16 can meet regularly in the many conference rooms. Theres even a nice common space for additional work areas equipped with a ping pong table for those who dare challenge. Mike and Jay are also great with managing the facilities and keeping everyone comfortable.

I work remote and find it hard to find places which check all the boxes, but The Ranch (Katy) exceeded my expectations and hit high marks for location, WiFi, desk space, and outlet availability.Right from the start, the team was incredibly responsive. When I called, they got back to me quickly and answered all my questions, making the onboarding process seamless.The location near Katy Mills is really good. There are tons of great lunch spots, and I can hop on I-10, making it easy for me to head into Houston when I need to.One of the most important factors for me is fast WiFi and am happy to report no issues with The Ranch. I work with a lot of large Excel files and often use a VPN, so sometimes its hard working places with slower internet. I havent had any issues with the WiFI.The desk space is also great. Outlets at each table makes a huge difference. Ive been to office spaces where finding a spot with power is a struggle... but not here.Overall, Im very impressed with The Ranch. For spaces in the Katy this is a no-brainer.
