    I used the event space for my book launch party. Ly was professional and responsive to all of my inquiries. The place offered the perfect set up for my guests, my buffet, and my presentation. Everyone was impressed with this unique event space!

    We rented The Drawing Board for our family birthday party of about 75 guests. Ly was fantastic to work with from start to finish, it was an easy process.The venue itself is perfect with lots of space that is easily configured to your needs. We had a live cooking setup, casino tables, a stocked bar, and plenty of seating for all of our guests.Highly recommend this venue for your next event!

    My company has been leasing a private office here for over a month now and my networking group has our weekly meetings in the conference room and its been fantastic being here! Fast internet, good coffee, really nice comfy furniture, and lots of business and networking opportunities make this the place to be if youre looking for a truly collaborative workspace. I just wish I was better at ping pong.

    I held my 30th Birthday Party here and when I say that it was money well spent, it was money well spent. I worked with Cam and Ly throughout the process and could not be happier with the outcome. They were amazing and all of my guests were in love with the space. I definitely will keep them in mind for any events my friend group decides to have in the future.

    We have been hosting our monthly networking event here and Ly Tieu has been great to work with. Always accommodating and we have all the TV/Internet set up we need for our presentations. If youre looking for a space for events or are self-employed and need workspace, be sure to check it out. We highly recommend.

    Hosted a birthday party for my wife at The Drawing Board and it was awesome! The facility is very nice and sets up well for a large gathering.     This is a very beautiful and amazing space to utilize for an event. The staff was very organized, patient, and cooperative in negotiating prices, setting dates, and even setting up for the event. They made sure we had everything we needed, and continuously followed up with us. The pricing is phenomenal and definitely worth your while. My event planning team could not have found a better venue, and thanks to such an amazing staff team at the Drawing Board we were able to host a successful event.

    Hosted my retirement party at The Drawing Board in May 2023, and I was elated at how smooth things went. The staff bent over backwards to ensure everything was setup to perfection. Ly was the mastermind of the operation. My event was absolutely stunning especially with the beautiful paintings. Totally recommend this venue for your next event.

    The Drawing Board is an absolutely wonderful facility. Weve held three leadership team meetings there in a very spacious room that comfortably holds ten people. The provided AV equipment and internet speed were great.It got a little warm in the room one morning, and I thought wed have to live with it. Nope. I mentioned the problem to our host, Ly, and she typed a few keystrokes and the temperate became perfect. Nice!Theres plenty of free parking and lots of lunch options within easy walking distance. For our meeting of mostly out-of-towners, The Drawing Board is perfect. The space looks ideal, too, for those needing more regular space.Very highly recommended!

    We had a great event at the Drawing board in Richardson. Cam was amazing to work with and she ensured that we had everything we needed. She was super flexible with out group as we had some crazy requests and was always willing to help. The event team over there were also very nice and accommodating and even jumped in to help us with the setup. The Drawing board is a very beautiful and unique venue that can accommodate any type of event. I will be using them again soon.

    Had my annual meeting there with my district team for the second year in a row. Clean, organized, helpful. Everyone was courteous and the atmosphere is great, with vibrant art and murals in the common spaces. Cant wait to go there again next year!

    If you are looking for a great place to work with genuine people, the Drawing Board is where you should house your business! The staff is fun, knowledgeable, and friendly. They thrive on team work and hospitality. The owner doesnt treat his occupants like tenants, but rather like family. I enjoyed being at this place, and watched some true development take place. If youre needing more info, contact the Drawing Board and ask for David Ebenezer he is the property manager at this location.

    We had the pleasure of hosting a CEO event at the Drawing Board earlier this month. Working with the Drawing Board team was amazing! We wanted a space that was centrally located to all of our guests, and visually appealing since we would be hosting C-level executives. The Drawing Board was able to provide that and more!During the planning stages the team was quick and accommodating to our requests, and during the event the entire team came together to help us setup, greet our guests, and make sure that we had everything we needed to start at 8:30 a.m.All of our guests truly enjoyed the space and the experience at The Drawing Board.     The Drawing Board is great. It is conveniently located just east of Central Expressway in Richardson. I run a small business and The Drawing Board is very responsive and created a membership and usage plan that made sense for my needs. They have been great during the pandemic with cleaning protocols, etc. Great space that I highly recommend!

    Came to the space for the first time for a committee meaning and was absolutely blown away by the quality or the facility. The Drawing Board uniquely designed location that offers a variety of work spaces that are well laid out.     The Drawing Board is unparalleled. We reserved a conference room for a group meeting and presentation. The place was spacious, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed including a whiteboard, 84 TV, HDMI cable, and more! I can go on about the amenities, but I highly recommend The Drawing Board for a meeting space or as a co-working space. Im going to be booking our meetings here moving forward!

    We have utilized spaces here on at least 3 different occasions, sometimes for internal staff training and mostly for customer trainings. Each experience has been a total pleasure.     Tried the free day pass - Great team, friendly co-working cos, excellent internet speed, great price with a lot included and no hidden fees or long term contract, very clean and modern. And the resident artist’s work is gallery worthy!! Definitely check it out if your considering co-working space.

    I had a great experience my first time renting a space at this facility. I was greeted when I walked in the door and they were expecting me. The IT person was super friendly and helped me sync my computer for printer access. The receptionist walked my guest back. Refreshments were available for my guest and everyone was friendly.
