Very spacious offices. Love all the amenities this place has to offer for an affordable price! I enjoy being next to hwy 59/90 for an easy departure. And I appreciate the ample parking and amazing coffee bar !!!

Love, love my office at Sugar Creek Executive Suites. Julie & Amber provide excellent & professional service and support. The offices are beautiful and maintained very well. I am very happy with my decision to move my business here, as the location is perfect and super convenient for me any my clients.

We have leased 4 offices here and been here over 2 years. I would highly recommend this place. The location is very convenient (right off 59) and the staff is amazing! Julie, Amber and Tony have been wonderful! They are friendly and provide great service. Its well maintained and offices are cleaned every day.

I have been a tenant of Sugarcreek Executive Suites since July 2012 and have been very pleased with the office location and services provided by this management. Initially, it was going to be a temporary arrangement while I was planning to have my office space being built out in one of the office buildings nearby but then I changed my mind and decided to do a long term lease because of the amenities in which SES provided to my business - a large spacious conference room, receptionist service and easy parking and access.

My small business demands long hours and a dependable internet connection, and Sugarcreek Executive Suites provides both. I have never had any issues accessing the building after-hours, and the internet connection is always great. If that weren’t enough, the office staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend these office rentals over the more familiar executive suites you hear advertised on the radio.

I have leased 2 offices here for over 2 years and the service is excellent. The people are friendly and respond to requests very quickly. We meet with clients in the conference room which is roomy and available.
