My name is Veronica. My team and I are excited about selecting South Spring Office Park on Cypress Station Drive for the SMILE Factorys home. We selected this location for several reasons such as but not limited to Ms. Nancy, the location, cleanliness and safety. My colleagues and I visited several locations on or near the area and none compared to this location. We did visit a runner up location on 1960 I believe it was 4600 where we loved the office manager and the inside which was very busy. The pricing was more affordable. However, South Spring Office Park gives off a professional sexy vibe according to my VP.Ms. Nancy is very professional, caring and attentive. The building staff is always working to keep the building well maintained inside and out. If you are looking for a new business home, I encourage you to connect with Ms. Nancy at South Spring Office Park. Several security officers are always on site. South Spring Office Park is a great place to co-work, for a really reasonable price I got an big office with a great view to nature including some amassing amenities. Also, Nancy Bravo was wonderful by meeting all of my expectations and even going above in order for me to feel at home. I would really recommend to come and check out the building. I would definitely recommend anybody to come and check it out.

The company that Im with is leasing an office space in this building. Ive had great customer service with Nancy Bravo before and after settling into the office. This place is great for business space also they have security 24/7 personnel and cameras monitoring the buildings and parking lots which is great. I highly recommend this place.

My company has been renting here since may and we love it! Its located right off the highway, building is clean, bathrooms are always clean, management is very nice and helpful, any maintenance issues get resolved in a timely manner .definitely recommend!!

Excellent customer service, Nancy was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She asked follow up questions to make sure I understood everything. I appreciated the time she put into helping me. I would really recommend to come and check out the building.

Everything here is awesome! Lots of parking, clean grounds, clean facility and Nancy the Property Manager is awesome to work with.
