Excellent office space for those on the go. Lots of resources and perfect location in Midland. Highly recommend for a “home base” when visiting operators in Midland. Rates are reasonable if you’re looking for an office or just using the main room. Excellent conference rooms and a podcast studio as well.

This place is amazing. I’ve been to so many different coworking spaces around the country and I dare say this is one of the best. In Midland Texas of all places! The layout and design is very chic and modern. Ergo chairs, adjustable desks, tons of space, mail services, the list goes on. If your hungry you can easily have food delivered or go down one flight of stairs and get someDecent food at Opals Table or Pi Social. Second story is the place to be for all coworkers.

We have been in a private office at Second Story since July and could not be happier. The environment is stunning and perfect for our business. Second Story has also been incredible during the pandemic by offering help to tenants before it was asked and by working to make it feasible for new businesses to join now. You wont find a more beautiful space in the Permian Basin to build your business, and the care and attention to detail by the staff and owners is second to none. Grateful to be in a nice space and working along people we respect.

Wonderful people who have created a great space to co-work with other magnificent people. Second Story is more than just coworking, it’s a place to network and feel right at home taking care of business...literally. Having the opportunity to break up my day by visiting with other people really helps the creativity flow and I am much more productive. This is a great place to let your business grow and the people you will meet along the way makes this place invaluable.

I love the vision of Second Story. The environment alone is the perfect balance of productivity and comfort. Just in the soft launch phase connections are already being made. It’s awesome to see something of this quality in Midland. There’s something inspiring about showing up and putting in the work together!

A great place to work! Tayler the floor manager/receptionist keeps us all informed and up to date on all activities taking place! Quiet place to work, hot coffee always available!
