I have had a good experience since i relocated to this building from Bridge street location. At the other location, i had problems with staff telling me different things, the facilities not being maintained and an octal decline in quality over the 4 years i was there. Even the cleaning crew is nice and more respectful. Im here during mostly non business hours so i can imagine how much better it is during the day.

Zoey & Brandon are very helpful, nice and professional. I love being able to work in this office.Only downfall is IT not being readily available in a timely fashion.

I have to say that the best part of this building is Zoey. She is always accommodating and provides the best customer service.If you come to Mercantile Plaza... go to the 3rd floor and visit Zoey she has the best smile and makes you feel welcome every time.
