Before the pandemic, we have leased a small office here. Very clean, reception was always courteous. Good network speed. Never had problem.

For the peace of mind a service like Regus provided, I am grateful. Each business owner has a different situation. The truth is -- if you call Regus - the company will aggressively seek your business. That part from another reviewer is true. The second and equally important truth is that Regus wants to tap into your wallet and once its hand is in your wallet , then that hand is glued there. If you change your mind about the length of time you need Regus services then you can forget Regus understanding your situation. The staff will be kind, but you are Stuck like Chuck.Regus uses the contract to keep its hand in your wallet. If you are unsure about a year long contract -- do not sign anything at all. If you get locked into a year long contract, immediately send a certified letter requesting that your contract be canceled. Do NOT expect anything you say by phone to hold water. Regus will NOT show mercy. It is dog eat dog.I hope you find the following detailed review helpful:1) Although I did not use the phone answering service, they will answer their business line to arrange document pickups.2) Prices are based on the level of services provided. I recommend that business owners think deeply about their own needs and get the prices before visiting the location to avoid sticker shock.Thats the bottom line. Now for the rest of the story.* Covered parking and first floor office.Cons - a long walk from covered parking to the office which was a con for me because I was in pain.* Building is contemporary design. Cons - none.* Glass entrance to receptionist area. Clean modern seating. Cons - clients and customers can hear the phone being answered for different business names.* Internet Lounge behind the receptionist area. Hi tech in appearance. Small but can accomodate many users.Cons -*I just needed a quiet area to sit, research, and type without the cost of renting an office.Libraries are good but often kids are at libraries which are distracting to me as are all the books and activities.I have found that females are often targeted in small business areas where narcissistic hustlers abound. I prefer a quiet option instead of an open collaborative area as the only option.* Internet service - I did not use this service - but based on the people I saw using it - the internet worked well - a feature web-desigeners, other programmers, and high web-use businesses might find useful.* Mail pickup - I did not use this service because I transitioned to a home-based business, but the staff provided excellent communication anytime I contacted them. Cons - none.* Receptionists - they are quite professional but work in a fast-paced environment so they do not have much time for conversing with customers and business owners. Cons - none.* Location - Near the high end part of Austin. Somewhat challenging to locate because it is off the fast moving 183 North/Research Blvd service road.* After the automobile accident, I tend to be a detailed reviewer who tells it like it is and now how I want it to be - or to attack businesses and individuals through the web using passive aggressive posting.* I suggest making a list of what you need from a company like Regus, next call for an email detailing each service and price level and see what matches your list. After that step, then visit the location. Each location is different. If you already know you dont want to pay a certain price, then move on to a different company rather than write a bad review. What goes around, comes around in life and in business.* No, Regus did not ask for my review. I was looking up information to send to my CPA and stumbled across only one Google review that gave only one side of a bigger story. Regus is aggressive in seeking your business. An email stating you are difinately NOT interested should stop the tactic. If not then post back in your review.
