We had our baby shower here at The Keller Roundhouse for about a 100 people to come and go. The process to get our contract and rental set up was seamless. Susan was a pleasure to work with. The space was perfect. A beautiful backdrop, food, gifts and dessert tables were set up. We will definitely use Keller Roundhouse again for our next event!

We hosted our baby shower here at The Keller Roundhouse and it was the perfect venue. Susan was easy to talk to and once we had our contract the rest was easy. We had about 100 people come and go during our shower and it was great. The space was perfect, we had a mariachi band come, a beautiful backdrop, mimosa bar, gifts and dessert tables set up. We will definitely book again!

We had my moms 80th Birthday sock hop dinner party here at the Roundhouse. We had 60 people with 13 tables up and still plenty of room for dancing. Susan is very friendly and helpful. We paid for extra time and someone to clean up. The process was easy and reasonable priced.

We had a baby shower here for 50 people. It was spacious and provided all the tables and chairs we needed for the event. There was a kitchen area with a refrigerator that came in handy to store ice and keep food cold until the party started. I would definitely use the space again in the future!

Love love love!This building is so adorable on the outside, but all modern conveniences on the inside. They have offices of all sizes, some private and tucked away and others front and center with all glass fronts. We have loved our relationship with Susan. Communication has never been an issue here! This is the best place to get an office space in historic downtown Keller!

I have been a long time tenant at the Main Street Depot on Main Street in Keller. The owner and management at the Depot are the Best. Brett, Sherrie, and Susan are all professional, fair, and great landlords. You wont find a better place to launch your new business. About two years ago they did a great remodel of the building and it is in great shape. We use both our private office and the shared conference room as needed.

Keller Main Street Depot is a great building for my office. The location is great, the building has lots of character while being update inside and well maintained. The environment is professional but comfortable and the property manager, Susan, is great to work with.
