    Beautiful facility! I have used day offices as well as the education room for workshops for my business at this location. Very new & modern. The kitchen stays fully stocked with coffee & water throughout the day. The owners & team are fantastic - welcoming & very accommodating.If you are looking for a beautiful place to office (short-term or long-term) as a small or mid size business, schedule a tour & check it out. Highly recommend!

    This is a fantastic meeting space. Ive rented the large conference room multiple times - great screen, seating and tables set up just as you like. Spotless meeting rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Good security measures at front door. Management is extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend Magnolia Woods Office Suites and Meeting Space!

    I been at Magnolia Woods for over 90 days now. I’m so happy with my decision.I looked for a space near woodforest that had accessible pricing and excellent customer service. I tried a different options around but once I went into Magnolia Woods I knew that was the place. I really wanted an office with a window and was so happy with how accommodating James and his team were.The office smells amazing and the decor is modern and their common areas are always well kept. As a women having a clean and well designed place to work in was a must. Plus amazing security all around with the codes, and cameras.Another thing I wasn’t expecting was the amazing value they add to me as small business owner they host networking, educational workshops and other activities that help me stay motivated and well connected to my community.If you are looking for a clean, well decorated and amazing team (it almost feels like it) this is the place for you. James and his team (and family) make you feel part of “something” that sometimes as a business owner you don’t get and can be a lonely place.Oh one more thing! I’m 98% more productive working here and my old office! My business has grown and it’s showing.Call James or Kristina!

    I booked a meeting room with Magnolia Woods for my company training. They were easy to work with and extremely accommodating. The meeting room was perfect with a large white board and extra large flat screen. The facility is beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend Magnolia Woods for any office space needs or company meetings.

    Great location, facilities, and service!! I booked online, which was easy. The team was very communicative and accommodating. A great place for Fractional Executives, small businesses, therapists, and so many others. Offices are a great size. Good for a day, month, or years!

    Magnolia Woods is a beautiful place. We had an online meeting and needed a conference room, screen ,and a camera. It was the perfect place and the owner James stayed in the room and helped us get set up.If you are looking for temporary office space or meeting rooms or somewhere to do an online meeting that has all the equipment needed, Magnolia Woods is your place.

    James was a great host! My partners and I had a last-minute meeting that required a conference room with a big TV and a camera connected for a zoom meeting. James had us ready to go when we arrived, but then we asked for a bigger room and he walked us right down the hall and had us ready to go in no time. Thank you James for a great experience that helped us have a very successful online meeting.

    Gorgeous, updated and mostly furnished office spaces. Available in all sizes and reasonably priced. Love the community kitchen, the waiting area, and the conference room. Waiting for an opening.

    We have rented the meeting room from the Magnolia Woods Office Suites and Meeting Space couple of times and it worked great! The location is convenient, the inside atmosphere is clean and nicely decorated and the owners are very easy to work with! Next time we need to rent some office space or meeting room, we will definitely come back.

    I was in a pinch this morning as I had a meeting with a team member but found out upon arrival our meeting location (Starbucks) was shutdown. I called Magnolia Woods (Magnolia) and James immediately provided me with an option. The space not only had a large conference table and comfortable chairs, but it also had a whiteboard and large TV I could share my computer screen with. We also had access to the kitchen and coffee as well as clean restrooms.It is an excellent option and will be coming back.Ryan DooleyCRD Realty

    Magnolia Woods is such a great space! I rented a meeting room today to meet with an agent on my team, because we wanted a quiet environment to not be distracted at Starbucks and that’s exactly what we got! The coworking space is so cute as well for someone who just needs a place to get work done away from their home!
