The staff is always so friendly and helpful at the Lucid Private Offices - Keller/Fort Worth Alliance location. It is a great place to have an office space and easy to book meeting rooms when needed. Great communication and Kristi is so helpful with any questions or if any assistance is needed. If you are looking for an office space I would definitely recommend this location! -

Kristi and Taleea are great. We have had a leased space in this location for the past 8 months. There are many different sizes of businesses that operate at this location. Whether you need a space for an individual or multiple people. Its a convenient location in Fort Worth that is close to Alliance Town Center, which makes quick errands or lunch very easy. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. -

I want to applaud this policy. --- Our community rules, outlined in your agreement, strictly prohibit the storage or use of anything that creates a smell. While we understand that these products can create a pleasant scent, they can also cause discomfort and even health issues for some of our colleagues. Some people may have allergies or sensitivities to certain fragrances, which can lead to headaches, respiratory problems, and other health concerns. -- I wish it was the norm for everywhere. -

I moved to Keller to open a new location of my local tutoring company and needed an office in a matter of hours after receiving inquiries about in-person sessions. Christina, WorkSuites Office Manager, and Kristi, WorkSuites receptionist, were able to meet with me within two hours of when I called and had an office ready for me by the next day! The entire office community friendly, clean, and extremely inviting for my clients. I am extremely grateful for everything Christina and Kristi did and continue to do to support my business! They always go above and beyond for every business and truly care to get to know each of the renters. I would highly recommend WorkSuites to anyone in need of office space and a fun, friendly atmosphere! -

Never a problem with my mail, you have access to your mail at anytime because you have a key to get in the offices 24 hours a day! Always fresh coffee available during the day. They clean it every night. Instant set up for your phone and internet! Move in and start working! -

The office facility offers everything needed to conduct/perform our engineering business. Access to the office after business hours is easy with door keycard, The restrooms are clean. carpet vacuumed often, trash cans emptied daily, breakroom clean and well stocked. Any issues that have come up (infrequently) have been handled quickly, effectively, and professionally by Christina Gibson (Community Coordinator) whose pleasant/friendly nature is sincerely appreciated. -
