I can’t say enough good things about this office space—it’s modern, clean, and has everything you need to work comfortably. But what really makes it stand out is Victoria Gutierrez. She’s amazing at what she does, and it shows. Victoria genuinely cares about everyone here and goes out of her way to make sure we’re all happy. Whether it’s addressing concerns or just brightening your day with a smile, she’s always there for us. So let me tell you about Katy Elite Suites — I’ve been here for the last five years, and honestly, I’ve seen so many businesses come and go. What keeps me staying put is how ideal this spot is for my private practice. As someone serving clients with mental health needs, safety is key for me, and Katy Elite Suites has 24-hour security and locks the doors at 6:30 PM, so I feel super safe working here.Not to add the cameras around the 3rd floor and parking lot!!Location-wise, it’s a gem! Being right off I-10 and close to Cinco Ranch is perfect for me and my clients. And can we talk about the price? It’s unbeatable! Everything is bundled together — I don’t pay extra for lights, Wi-Fi, or water. Plus, they’ve got all the amenities I need: printing, restrooms, a mailroom, and mail services all included. For a small business like mine, this is gold, especially when I’m not ready to jump into a larger office space with multiple rooms.If you’re a growing business looking for an affordable, convenient, and safe place to work, I highly recommend checking them out! Of course, this review would not be complete without mentioning the exceptional service the community manager Victoria Gutierrez provides. She goes above and beyond her scope of work even going as far as assisting me on her day off (do not follow my example). Safe to say I will be staying for a while!

Victoria is always super friendly and smiling! Love their setup and how clean the common areas always are. There are always snacks in the kitchen, water in the machine and friendly cleaning people walking around to help. If you are looking for a place to get an office or workspace, this is definitely a place to try!

I’ve been at this location for a little over a month & I love it here!! The community is very beautiful, clean and friendly everyone is so nice & helpful. The property manager is so sweet, professional & understanding she gave me a tour and showed me the different size suites she had available for move in. The process was so smooth, easy and fast didn’t take much time at all to get everything done. I HIGHLY recommend this property if you have a business or looking for an office.
