We moved to Georgetown Location not knowing what to expect, but the experience has been amazing. The moment that you walked into the building, you are greeted with a smile, the offices and common areas are cleaned and well put together. Great amenities. Monica has been nothing but great throughout the process. We will recommend this space to anyone who is looking for a new office space.

If you’re looking for office space Heritage Office Suites is the place for you. Monica is great to work with. She always has a smile and great conversation. She keeps you supplied with coffee and snacks that’s always available. It’s just a wonderful work atmosphere.

I worked out of this office for about 6 months before the senior living community was ready and it was a lovely place to work, namely because of the office manager! The place is always stocked and clean and everyone there, namely Monica, is helpful and friendly.

I recently acquired an office space here at Heritage and it’s been an amazing experience.From the early inquiries all the way through move in. Very prompt service and I absolutely love the space and love the community here.Tiffany has been very attentive to all of my needs as I moved in and got situated. Ive had an office at the Georgetown location since they opened it. This was my first experience with renting individual office space and I couldnt be happier. I was reluctant at first, wondering about the interaction with all the different people in the building, but its actually been great meeting new people who do so many different things. The office is clean, well managed, and they have fun little meet and greet opportunities periodically that are really enjoyable. Great place to work!!

I really enjoy coming to work and being greeted every morning. Michaela is very very friendly and helpful! She is super sweet! The space is always decorated, clean, and organized. There are meet and greets every week with a fun treat. Couldn’t ask for a better office space

Such a great space to be in! The staff is so awesome and surprised us with soup on a cruddy day and other things all the time! Highly recommend this business and Monica is the bomb!!

What more could you want than a great office space, a full coffee bar (where they literally have a sign saying don’t do your own dishes- just put them in the sink 🤯) an office manager who welcomes our guests, is a pro with the printer, and randomly brings breakfast tacos, donuts, celebratory raffles for the holidays….I love it at Heritage Office Suites Georgetown!
