    Renee is lovely, I’ve rented units with them a few times over the years and never met Renee until recently. But she is great. I rented a unit online that was too small and she helped me get transferred into a new one within 10 minutes of my arrival. Really sweet people, her husband (I think) came out and talked to us when we were there right at closing the other night and he was great too. Definitely recommend using FreeUp.

    I absolutely love FreeUp storage and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. Besides the fact that the units are very reasonably priced, clean, and my belongings have always stayed safe and undamaged is the fact that the office/owners/customer service are beyond accomadating, kind, and helpful. I primarily decided to store here because they were close to my home, but I feel that if the time ever comes where I have to move, I will continue using this company!

    I loved how easy it was to get set up. Never had to go in person, emailed all my info which helped a lot because of work. Everything is awesome, only issue I have is the accumulation of bugs in the unit. But I bought a bug sprayer and treat it about every two weeks or once a month.

    Renee A. Was absolutely amazing! It may seem crazy to say that someone was amazing at helping me getting a storage building, but I’ve had to run a few in the last few years due to life circumstances and I’ve also been downsizing. She was top notch! She was friendly, she had a personality, she was fast, she made sure I had all the information I needed. I did not have to ask a single question. She gave me everything I needed.     Really enjoying free up storage. We had no issue with anything regarding our space. Good place always looks clean the lady even in the office would come around before her break to make sure we didnt need anything. That was incredibly sweet. Great place.

    Renee has been so much help since the very first phone call helping walk through units available and discussing our needs. She helped explain all details of the unit and access so I have zero worries during this transition. They even included a lock for our unit!     When we arrived the employee Mrs. Renee was extremely friendly knowledgeable and straightforward with everything. Competitive pricing for the area and within 30 45 minutes all of our questions were answered and we were set up and ready to go would definitely recommend to anyone within the Pine tree / Spring Hill area.

    Super easy move in and out, never had any issues the two years I rented here. When I moved out, the staff were incredibly helpful, even helping me to set up a pickup by a third party for some items I did not need anymore, and continuing to monitor my unit even after being told I was moving out. Overall a great experience!

    I cant say enough good things about the Property Manager, Renee!! Ive had 2 units there for a few years and just recently moved my things out of both units. Renee was Soooo very helpful and sweet! She went way above and beyond to help me. She saw that I was alone and moving furniture... lifting and loading it into the bed of my truck and insisted on helping me in every way possible! And thats just one of the wonderful things she did! I highly recommend this place as long as Renee is the manager there!!! We need more people like her in this world! Thank you, Renee!!

    Renee was VERY helpful today. When I walked in, she was assisting another customer. She helped the customer sign up for new storage unit and explained it so well that I understood it!     Had someone try and break into my storage unit, wasnt the only one hit. Fortunately they didnt get into it but my lock was cut off and gone and the door was damaged. I called it in and the guy I spoke to sent a message to the Manager who on his day off called me immediately and asked if there was anything he could do. He found me a open unit that I could transfer my stuff into until the door was repaired on my unit and even replaced my lock when he didnt have to. Chuck Burnett is the Area Manager and went above and beyond helping me out!
