The Expansive Katy Building in Dallas is a top-notch workspace that excels in both professionalism and quality. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a productive workday, including a great lounge area (free coffee, tea and water), spacious meeting rooms and comfortable common areas. Also located very conveniently down-town and with more than enough parking spaces around the corner.A special thanks to Ashley, whose professionalism and helpfulness made my experience even better. She was always available and key for a seamless process and feeling well looked after.Overall, The Expansive Katy Building offers excellent facilities and an very supportive team. Highly recommended!

I have been renting office space here for the past year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The facilities are top-notch, with clean, modern workspaces and all the amenities a business could need. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional property manager, Ashley. She is always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. The sense of community fostered here makes it a pleasure to come to work every day. Ive been renting an office space here for the last few years, and I can confidently say its the most welcoming and community-centered office Ive ever been a part of. The sense of community here is unparalleled, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible community manager, Ashley Barros. Ashleys dedication to fostering a warm, collaborative environment has truly made this place feel like a second home.The space and views are exceptional, far surpassing what you would get at the same price point anywhere else. Whether its the modern, well-equipped meeting rooms, the cozy lounge areas, or the stunning cityscape views, everything here is designed to enhance your work experience.Having rented space in three different offices over the years, I can honestly say this one is by far my favorite. I had a great experience leasing from Expansive! The location is fantastic, right across the street from the Old Red courthouse. This is the epicenter of North Texas history for over 100 years, and it feels great to work in a thoroughly updated building that keeps its historic charm. Fast internet, friendly management.

I highly recommend Novel Coworking Dallas for anyone looking for a good office downtown. The building is a fantastic blend of original architecture and modern renovation. The shared workspace is comfortable, always clean, and full of friendly tenants. The coffee and beer included are excellent. The community managers (Chris and Kendall as of writing this review) are so helpful and friendly, I cannot imagine officing anywhere else! Importantly, the community at this location is great. Everyone is friendly, personable, respectful of each others hustle, and involved with community events. Finally, as an actual workspace, my office meets my needs perfectly. Anyone on the fence needs to come by and talk to Chris and Kendall and see how awesome it is!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Expansive katy Building, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. Ashley, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. This location is close to the KBH Convention Center and the West End District and courthouses. We have been tenants for close to 5 years. We receive great support from the staff, especially the Community Manager- Ashley Barros, who is friendly, supportive, and interactive! I would highly recommend this location. I love my suite at Novel Coworking. I formerly had a studio at another historical building in Dallas that formerly housed the oldest artist community in Dallas. It has since been sold. I was blessed to find Novel Coworking (formerly Level One) while just on my way to an appointment. This is a community again. Albeit we all have different fields and businesses, its a REAL community. Ive been renting a 100 sq. ft. office space at Expansive in downtown Dallas for a little over a year now. It is exactly what I need as a small start-up business in financial services (mortgage broker). When I was visiting several other companies in Dallas that offer office space, I decided to lease with Expansive because they had the best offering when it came to price, amenities, the customer service, and the community of existing tenants in the building. I like the historic feel of the building, and the investments theyve made to the interior of the building is really impressive, especially at the price point that offices are available for rent. Great value for anyone looking to take the leap and become self-employed, or grow their team. Highly recommend!

My company has been located in Novel for going on a year now and all I can say is this place is amazing!!! We had decided on Novel because we wanted a co-working space that was hip and had a good community feeling but quickly learned you get so much more. Chris and Kendall instantly make you feel like family and keep the work environment fun. The tenants here give each other advice and encouragement and truly want to see you and your business flourish. They host monthly mixers and offer snacks and free beer... What else could you ask for!

I have been coming here for about a year now. I started off with a basic membership and now rent a desk for my law firm. Eventually, we are probably going to lease space. In a word what I like about it here is simple - community. Kendall and Chris do so much for me that I know they are not required to. They go out of their way to help me. The first time I came to the office, I ran in like a tornado because I had to print something for court and they did it without asking. I wasnt even a client at the time. The entire office is very professional and well organized. I also have used the office the company has in Houston and Arlington Virginia and they are also very nice. I have used other co-working spaces in Dallas and nothing compares with Novel! Awesome people, awesome space.

Ive had my office here for almost four years and I love it! It is located on the west side of Downtown with easy access to all major thoroughfares. The building is kept up well and features a ton of amenities including 24-hour access, free coffee bar and well-stocked vending machine, conference rooms, and onsite storage. By far the best thing about Expansive Coworking is the people. There is a genuine feeling of togetherness in the building. Plus the staff does an exemplary job of fostering the feeling of community. They address client needs quickly and put on social events allowing clients to get to know one another. I highly recommend officing here!

Weve had a suite at the Katy Building for a year and really appreciate the flexible and accommodating nature of Chris and Natalie in creating a friendly, safe and productive atmosphere in the building. It has been an ideal solution during COVID. In addition to taking all the steps necessary to create a socially- distanced work environment, they have also managed to keep it community-oriented with client events. Great place for a co-working office.

What first attracted me to LEVEL were the small private offices at a lower rate than it cost to have just a desk at other co-working spaces. We needed a place to keep our equipment at night and so this was the perfect solution for us. Although weve since upgraded to a larger office here at LEVEL, the small office was great for starting.Some other positives:- Close to West End Dart Station.- Nice, spacious co-working area on the 5th floor.- Free coffee, cappuccinos, tea, lattes, and hot chocolate.- A variety of office sizes. Like I wrote above, the small offices were the perfect solution for us when we started.- Great views from the windowed offices.Parking is a bit tedious due to its close proximity to the courthouse and JFK memorial, but the DART train and bus stations are really close and my team of employees has found a $2.00/day parking lot thats a 10 minute walk from the building.I would definitely recommend checking out LEVEL to anyone looking for a private office or a co-working space.

The management team (Chris & Kendall) are solutions oriented people and look to help and say, lets figure that out. I like that a lot.
