I have a co working membership with Expansive. I love having a coffee machine and a variety of tea options. I also enjoy working with Dianely. She engages with her clients. One time it was freezing in the lounge and she was so kind to offer a heater without me even having to ask. Sheβs attentive to our needs. -

My private office at expansive has exceeded my expectations. Great facilities, consistent internet, a wonderful kitchen, a killer coffee machine and an unbelievable 5th floor balcony. The environment and fellow workers has been the best surprise. Friendly, considerate, conversational and good to be around. I plan on renewing and recommend to others. -

Ive tried lots of coworking spaces over the years in Austin. Expansive (on Huntland) is not like any of them. Im really happy here and Ill tell you why. Sunshine and an espresso machine. Its on the penthouse floor with the biggest skylight in town and a view of the north half of the city. Dianely is always smiling when I see her and keeps a tight space vibrant with events and casual conversation. Kendall did a great job handling my contract. Its a great value in Austin. -

I own a commercial insurance agency and I chose to office out of this building. The views, the people, the office management have all been extraordinary. Special shoutout to Dianely! She is always available for my random questions and we share some great food back and forth. Itβs nice to walk into a place where somebody knows your name. -

I stopped by with some colleges for a tour unannounced and Dianely was more than happy to accommodate. She showed us around the beautiful property. We went looking for a future meeting space for an event weβre having in April and they are our top choice for sure. -

I regularly visit a company who has a private suite with Expansive. I enjoy the coffee and the awesome view in the main lobby. Dianely the manager and Brandon are also always helpful and nice. -

I love having private chiropractic office at Expensive Highland. Dianely, Kendall, Brandon, Frank are a dream team! They really make the building feel like a community that Iβm happy to be apart of day in and day out. -

Spoke with Dianely, that I did not want to renew. We spoke and she said all I needed to do was send a written notice via email and it was done. Turns out it is renew and now with piles of expenses on my end, we no longer can take on this renewal. Im sorry but this has been confusing and frustrating and unclear. I really loved this place, but this is unfair. No email notice no follow up, not even a response to my email to help guide me to the next cancellation process. I dont even use the space for months...Edit:*** I am extremely embarrass for getting angry over the phone. Dianely did explain it quite well. I was too angry to read what she wrote. 60 day notice. I called in January 29th which means April is my cancellation of renewal. Dianely, I am sorry for getting angry over the phone. Thank you for your help. I now understand. For future, here a feedback that would be very helpful. send some sort of automated email notice or in our account that 60 days are coming up before renewal. It would help, and for me to read contracts before I sign. Thank you and my apologies. -
