Have been renting and working out of this building for years. Great clean rooms and maintenance is quick to address any issues. Dart train drops you off right out in front. Plenty of different restaurant and quick food choices in the building or close by. The gym is big and has a lot of options to get a workout in before, at lunch, or after work. High recommend!

Cool large and small businesses in here. Including my company Razor Rank. Nice restaurants in the bottom floor. If you there in the morning texmex has the best breakfast burritos in Dallas hands down! Love this building and everything in it :)

This is my first time going in the Hartford Building but we went to this little Mexican restaurant in there that serves the best food has the best atmosphere and the most friendly owner and excellent service I will be going back they serve breakfast and lunch but the heart for building also has another restaurant in it and Espresso Bar and then a Barber Lounge Im going to have to go back

Ive been at the Hartford for 6 years and its been a good place. Dart stop is convenient, restaurants are good and the gym is great for us to take breaks and get a little exercise throughout the day.

The Subway is fancy. Close enough to the train station that I can hop off the train, get some food, then catch the next train. Next time I think I will try the little Mexican restaurant.

The Dallas Society of Visual Communications with the help of James at Good Signature is glad to call The Hartford Building home. We needed a space that matches the 60 years of Dallas creativity that the DSVC represents and what better place than a location in the heart of the city, conveniently located on the DART St. Paul Station (access to the Green, Orange, Red and Blue line). We are able to quickly move about to our Member Meetings at the Angelika at Mockingbird Station or to other creative spaces within the city without having to move our cars. That it’s walking distance to the DMA, Nasher, Klyde Warren Park and other downtown attractions is advantageous when we entertain the national and international creative guests that we bring in on a monthly basis.Our space has the creative vide to impress our Junior Member Designers, as well as the professionalism to host our monthly Board of Directors Meetings, composed of Senior Art Directors, Designers, and other Visual Communication Creatives in Dallas.We love to be in a building surrounded by creatives and that supports creatives. The DSVC couldn’t be happier with our home at Hartford Building..

Great building to office from, has lots of restaurants within short walk, Post office across the street, Dart stop at the building...could not be any better!
