We at Forcetech IT have been proud tenants of City Central Co-Working since they first opened their doors in 2019, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience here!From day one, the front desk assistants, Kendra and Katherine, have done an absolutely amazing job. Their professionalism, warm greetings, and willingness to go above and beyond make every workday smoother. Whether it’s handling requests efficiently or simply making everyone feel welcome, they truly set the tone for the entire space.The office suites are always spotless, making for a clean and professional work environment. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard, which is something we greatly appreciate.Another reason we love City Central is the friendly community of members. Our fellow tenants are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely great neighbors to have. I truly appreciate the opportunity to work with the outstanding talent and individuals at City Central. I love that they are actively working to make the experience a game-changer for our small business.We have thoroughly enjoyed this location—the staff is incredibly helpful, gracious, and amazing at ensuring everyone has a great experience at City Central. The only addition that could make it truly top-tier would be having two full-time office managers, as this location gets quite busy.That said, this has been an outstanding place to work and collaborate with others. And did I mention the fantastic themed holiday events they throw? Highly recommend!

Ive been working in this coworking space for the past 6 months and the environment is amazing. The people are extremely sweet and always try their best to help you out. Kendra and Catherine have helped me countless times with printing, finding items, understanding the building, and lending me scissors and paper in a flash.This location offers coffee, tea, and light snacks in the front - always stocked & clean thanks to these lovely ladies!!!! They go above and beyond for the members working out of this space every single day. Absolutely the best staff Ive ever interacted with!

I have been here since summer of 2023 and there were times I was thinking of finding a new coworking space because the management and employees, but now I am beyond happy at the environment Catherine and Kendra have brought to city central. They go above and beyond to take care of our endless needs and requests. Although we may be quite needy, they are always happy to assist and make our lives easier.

This place is a fantastic, clean, friendly work environment, visually stunning. State-of-the-art equipment in the conference rooms with fully wireless control. Individual offices and group offices with plenty of glass. The large lobby is especially inviting and is attractive to both tenants and their customers alike. Staff is friendly, helpful, do-what-it-takes to help and help you get the job done right. And did I mention location? Very near the intersection of 75 and G-Bush, its easy to get to and close to almost anywhere you need to go. Highly recommended!

City Central is an amazing place. The pleasant ambience provides me the extra want to go to office every day! The place with its awesome décor, spacious common areas, lounges and the glass elevators has always been a warm welcome to me and our guests. I would never miss Katy’s greetings and her big smile every day. Also, I really appreciate Katy and the management for the cleanliness of the place especially during the COVID times. If you are looking for an office place with best amenities, spacious meeting halls, clean and tidy kitchen area, professional staffs etc., then definitely do visit City Central and have a look.

We knew we were moving our office to a good place, but they have been everything and much more than we expected. We have a beautiful office, have access to coffee/tea whenever we want and many restaurants to choose over here. But the main things that blew my mind are the ladies we have here that help us with whatever we need to be successful, but also just to be comfortable and happy. Katy is our go-to person at our center and she never disappoints and always has our companys best interest.

Getting to know the staff here has been one of the greatest experiences of my admittedly short professional life, and I am incredibly proud to not only call City Central my home, but to call people like Katy and Lauren my friends.Whereas other people often dread their workdays, I wake up every morning excited to see the smiling faces of the staff that keep this show going strong. They are knowledgeable, kind, and make a genuine effort to craft an environment where you feel like a member of a family. The wide variety of team businesses and solo practices that have popped up in this shared workspace keeps things interesting, and the over-abundance of space across the entire floor means that you have as much freedom as you need to find a quiet, cozy place to get your work done, or socialize with your fellow members (with 6 feet of separation, of course!)The pleasure of riding a solid glass elevator 5 stories to greatness is the start of every one of my days here, and those days are filled with delicious, free coffee! (And beer in the afternoons!!) Its truly a great place to not only work, but also to learn from others and grow as a person. I have been leasing an office at City Central since January. I really appreciate the care and attention of the staff. Inside is clean and kept. Katy has been great at helping get anything and give advice.I appreciate the connection with other companies and how everyone helps each other. I have also been able to use the podcast studio over the past month and love the staff involved with it.I highly recommend this coworking space for anyone.

Im not a beer drinker but even I thought that was pretty awesome. I highly recommend checking out CityCentral East Plano if youre in need of some great office space.

My team recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary here at CityCentral East Plano. I can not say enough about how awesome it has been here. The location is fantastic. At 75 and George Bush, it is conveniently located for clients all over. The staff is professional and extremely responsive. They have exceeded our expectations and worked diligently to accomodate everyone during Covid. Katy is onsight to make sure that everything runs smoothly and she should be commended for her efforts!!! Glad we made the move.

All companys have shiny signs and amenities that lure you in (beer on tap), but what truly gets us past that first appearance to the bread and butter; THE STAFF.A shared space during the Covid 19 that makes you want to come to the office, can only be defined by the warm welcomes and overall office space mentality that the staff provides. Katy Harrington is the face of this office space, and its easily said that all businesses need a Katy to welcome you in.

We have officed from City Central for a year and a half. We love this location because its so central to everything - you can hop on George Bush or 75 in just a few minutes. The location is convenient for people to come in for meetings. Its also very close to all the restaurants at Cityline, and the office building has a great deli downstairs in case you dont want to leave for lunch. Our large windows have a great view of Plano too! The office itself is always quiet, so we can easily get our work done without distractions. Its very clean and modern, with every amenity we need. CityCentral staff is always super-friendly and professional. Anytime we have had a request, they took care of it immediately. We really enjoy officing here.

Love this place. A modern aesthetic and decor are well executed. Management is excellent and they are always quick to help out or answer questions. Our prior lease was up at the end of May, but our new space wasnt ready yet so I needed a place to meet clients and to receive business mail. Katy Harrington was SO helpful and continues to be a pleasure to work with. I like that they fog disinfect public places once a week, and clean in between as well. The facilities are great; Im proud to bring my older clients to this space as well as younger ones. They have various sizes of meeting rooms that are easy to book. I couldnt be more pleased with how they are helping me out during this transition.
