    The staff is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to assist with giving 5 star services to those who are using the virtual office space and mailboxes. Business E Suites has office space readily available for hosting business meetings as well as one on one sessions. The flexible plans make it easy to do business at Business E Suites! Our team recently had a powerful team building session of learning and earning! While the kids enjoyed playing ping pong!!!

    Front desk staff are very professional , helpful , and caring. Always go extra mile to help clients. Unfortunately the accountants and who ever deals with invoices and billings are rude , arrogant and not caring at all and one of my main reason to leave this place is of. them. Laura , you have a great place and I always enjoyed very support in years past but These new ladies who deals with invoices and billing are simply unprofessional and don’t seems to care much about their client , it is my experience and feedback on multiple occasions with them.

The owner and her staff provide exceptional customer service, and our experience with them has been nothing short of great. Before we had a virtual office in the building, we had a physical space where we completed our companys governmentmandated survey, and Laura Finisher supported us all the way. The location and amenities are top-notch. If youre in need of a fantastic office space, this company is the one to go for.

    Amy is still very friendly and helpful to anyone that steps off the elevator. The willingness to assist me in my business is great.I use Uhaul & have storage.I used a storage for a subcontractor to work out of. Temporary use, they make it easy to expand or shrink depending on the activity of your business. My goal is set up a permanent shopin one of the large CP spaces. Have workers every day.They have access to the lunch area/breakroom/bathroom andping pong table to release stress.My office is still close to the entrance on the 2nd floor. Photois from my office.

    When I walk through the doors exiting the elevator of the Sugar Land Business e-Suites I’m always welcomed with a smile and warm greeting. On most days a great aroma of delicious foods welcomes me as well. If not being offered food, then it’s always a question of how I can be helped. It’s usually both. The environment is warm and welcoming. I enjoy the motivational quotes posted daily to motivate the entrepreneurs within the building. It’s just a combination of a friendly and aesthetic environment, that makes it a comfortable place to conduct business.

    This is a great place to do business. The staff and owners go out of their way to foster a culture of inclusion. There are always events, potlucks, lunch and learns and they have many opportunities and resources for any business from big or small. The staff here is great, coffee is good, bathrooms are always clean and common areas are always quiet. Amy always goes above and beyond for the occupants here. We love this place.

    I needed an office place to work from temporarily in the Sugar Land/Katy area and all the options I found were either too far or not the right fit for what I was looking for. I found this facility on Google, scheduled an appointment and was able to take a tour of the place on the same day. They allowed me to try out the facility for a few days which helped me decide what set up was right for me (I rented a cubicle). The set up options (shared space, shared office, private office, cubicles) are reasonably priced for the market. The facility also has a supply room, stocked kitchen, podcast room, and meeting/conference rooms so it really has everything you need in an office space for any sort of business. The facility is also newer, modern, clean and bright. The thing that really stood out to me is that this is a family run/owned business and they take great care of the facility and of their customers. They are hands on and have cultivated a sense of community with the other customers who are using this location. Highly recommended!

    Currently leasing a co-sharing space, and I love it here. Laura & Colin are fantastic, very accommodating. They do an excellent job of making me feel like Im at home.     Everything is still great! So here is my old review that still applies. I am very much enjoying having my office at Business E. Suites. From the building (which in some photos on Google maps will not show the nice new building, but it does show it here), to the owner operators, to the other tenants, it has all been very positive. As a solo family law attorney, this is way better than typical office buildings were you do not have much contact with other people. The building design, shared common areas, including the kitchen, invite conversation and comradery. I have an office now, but I started with the co-working plans, and I think it is a great option for those working from home to have a place to come when needed. I could say much more about specific, positive things here, good and secure internet with private VPN for each tenant, well kept, ping pong table currently available, 24 access, meeting rooms with generous credits and lower costs than others, and more. I am thankful to be a part of the good-feeling, positive, and supportive environment.
