We’ve been at this property a little over a year now. From the moment we made it to start the moving process the property manager Sarai Castillo has always been the best. Super helpful and always attentive to any questions or requests. She’s always very professional and friendly with everyone she runs into and is quick to ask if there’s anything she can assist with. She’s simply awesome! Thank you Sarai for all your help!

We now have a Property Manager on site. She is very professional and attentive to the needs and request of the occupants. The building is well maintained with a beautiful cafe, gym and reserved parking. The only reason I did not rate a 5 star is accessibility for those disabled.

My Leasing agent was Lisa Buckland and she had excellent communication skills, she made the leasing process super simple. She is the one to see if you are looking for a commercial office space that is very reasonably priced and need an individual who can help you find exactly what you need. Boxer is very responsive to maintenance calls and upkeep on the building. Our building manager, Paul Mouring, was especially helpful and was great assistance during our two moves within the building. We are sorry to see him move on to a different property. Good luck, Paul!
