Marilyn Gonzalez is such a wonderful Property Manager. Anything that I ask of her she makes sure that the job is done timely. When I ask questions she gives me the correct answers so that the productivity of the church can go on without having any problems while operating in our building location.Thanks so much, Marilyn Gonzalez for all of the wonderful work that you do every day for your tenets. We have been tenants for 1 year and 2 months at this point.Pros:- The best thing about the whole building is the security guard, Bennie. He does a phenomenal job. Greets everybody walking in with the very happiest attitude making each visitor and tenant feel more at home than they would without him. Thanks Bennie!! :D- They also just renovated the building a few years back. So it is a very nice up to date building.Cons:- Our A/C in our office is BAD. the average temperature in our office is about 74-80 degrees. We had to all get fans to keep cool in our office as wed be sweating if we didnt. We have been trying to have this issue fixed, but over a year and two months, and its still not resolved.- The management is understaffed. They just brought in Kermit a few months ago, he has been doing a better than the previous manager that was impossible to get a hold and not at all helpful, Daniel was his name, he didnt tend to the tenant at all. Kermit is still spread to thin though in our opinion.

Drew was amazing! He was quick to respond to all of my inquiries. I really loved the fact that the office suites were unlocked for me to view at the time I requested!

I have been a tenant at this property for 12 years and run my own law firm. I want to commend and compliment you on the daily assistance your security officer, Mr. Bennie White, provides to me, the other tenants, and the staff at this property. He is never too busy to welcome my visitors, direct them to the suite they are looking for, or to speak kindly to my staff or others who are having a rough day, or to walk employees to their cars when it is late. If I require assistance of any sort, Mr. White is always ready to help, or to stop and find me the resources I need to solve my problem. He is a credit to your organization.

Beautiful building inside, I love the lobby and the happy colors. It is a great location close to different highway options. Great management teamwork too!
