    This is a small and quaint office building. We moved in about 2 weeks ago and the leasing representative, Sara, has been extremely helpful in getting us comfortable. Our neighbors have all been friendly, so far. The building is always clean. Im very pleased.

    I appreciate the professional leasing agents and Maintence crew. The monthly lease rates are competitive and they offer locations all over Dallas, TX. I needed to transfer my lease from one of their offices to another location across town & the leasing staff made it easy for me. They didn’t financially penalize me for doing so either...Boxer is solid.

    I work out of an office here sometimes. This is an office building. They rent office space to companies here. The air conditioning in the common areas is pretty lousy. What more do you want?
