I have rented from Boxer for the last 3 years. My experience was great. I was saddened to leave as they keep improving the building and all my customers loved the aesthetics. The request were never ignored, on a few occasions not favorable but understood the reasons why. I would highly recommend this building in Farmers Branch and would move back if really needed to do so.

Konstantin Ryzhkovich worked diligently from January 2, 2018 through January 10 to get heat restored to my suite #278 @ 2735 Villa Creek Drive, Dallas. Temperature in my suite was 54 degrees on Jan 2. He always took my calls directly and kept me informed of problems & progress through the next 8 very frustrating days.Originally on December 27, 2017, I had reported to the management office (Cindy & Angela) that my heater was not working . Suite temp was in low 60s & I was told engineers would have HVAC attend to my problem that afternoon as soon as they finished working on another unit. They did not fix mine.Upon my return on Jan 2, Konstantin took over and continued to pursue this problem, finally succeeding in getting a broken control switch replaced. He was always responsive, concerned and persistent in resolving this issue. I am very impressed with his dedication while my own property manager was out on vacation.

Our company has been a tenant of Boxer Properties for several years. We recently took advantage of a fantastic offer from Boxer to move into a larger office space to expand our growing business and they were great to work with once again. The leasing representative, Evan Saks, was very patient with our changes and tried to accommodate all of our business needs. He made the whole process very easy and worry-free. I highly recommend Evan Saks and Boxer Property.

Ever since Konstantin Ryzhkovich has been the property manager at 2665-2695 and 2735-2775 i have seen many changes & better service. Never before did we know who the property manager was until Konstantin Ryzhkovich came aboard. Hes always seen doing rounds and taking care of business. Once anything is reported hes on it. We really appreciate all the help being provided by him.

Konstantin always responds to any issue we have in the building and gets it handled. He recently had the hot water reconnected after a bathroom upgrade was done and the workers had not done so. Greatly appreciate him.

I am a repeat Tenant. I have had several businesses that I started and sold and I use the Ford road location in Farmers branch because the Management company there is great to work with and I never had any negative experiences with them. I highly recommend them.
