I worked with Amy to help me with the tour, move in and she was amazing! She answered all the questions I asked in a timely manner and was extremely helpful and kind. I am in love with my new office space it has a beautiful view and the property is clean and has a great peaceful atmosphere.

It is my first time reserving a commercial space for office use. I had a lot of questions and concerns. Agent Kailynn Johnson is very patient, understanding, and helpful. It was great to see how she came together with her supervisor to make sure I was satisfied.Dallas TX

The property management seems to care about the upkeep of this building. They do appear to keep it in good condition. I merely visit one of the offices on a regular basis. I may not be a good one to review this property. I feel they are missing out on an opportunity to do something nice in the common area when you walk into the building. What bothers me is the handicapped parking. I usually park in the front of the building. Quite often there are cars parked in handicapped spaces with no plate or placard on the vehicle. I often see these people get out of their illegally parked vehicles walking quickly and without difficulty or hesitation and their arms moving about without restricted movement. I have seen delivery vehicles park there, the Sky Hop vans, security employees in their uniforms, people loading/unloading their vehicle (even parked sideways across the parking spots for some reason), and others. I can imagine it is difficult to police these spots, but something needs to be done and I hold the property management responsible for doing so.

I highly recommend this property and leasing agent Freddy Carrillo. I relocated my company from Oklahoma and leasing this space was the easiest part of the whole process. Freddy was very attentive answered all of my questions and responds VERY QUICKLY to emails. The building is nice and well kept. Im completely satisfied I chose this property.
