UPDATE: A representative from Boxer Property called and apologized for what happened and I can see that they have credited my account with the money. I am glad they reached out and resolved this. I honestly like the place and location and the fact that they worked with me, I will extend my lease by 1 year or 2 years and I will opefully also lease another office around Love Field airport!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆I am extremely disappointed with Boxer Property. At the beginning, I met Amy, the person who signed me first and she was great to work with. Highly responsive, she knew what she was doing and very professional and I thank her for helping me out and making the process so easy.But after I signed my contract, I went and created my portal [where you make payments and so on]. I tried to verify my account but wouldnt let me do it. I called and asked and I was told that it may take some time. I had to leave for an overseas travel and I left a family member access to my account but she wasnt able to verify either.When I got back from my travel, I was assessed a late fee of $83.06 and a Lock out fee of $120 and my office was locked. I went to the office in my building to talk to the manager, Juliana, twice and explain my situation but I wasnt able to meet her. I only met Robert and told him what happened and if he can waive the fees for me. He advised me to pay the full amount with the penalty and then ask for adjustments by going to the head office in LBJ.I went there and paid them the rent plus the $203.06 of penalties. I even took my laptop with me and showed them my account and the fact that I can not verify my checking account so that I can make a payment! They told me that they have to create a ticket for it and they will get back with me. This was Friday, June 30, 2023. I waited Monday, Tuesday was holiday [July 4] and went on Wednesday since it is July 5 and the last day to make a payment. I asked they why I did not get a reply, and I was told that they did not get a reply from accounting department. Then I said how am I going to pay then, I was told to get a check! I went home and got them a check for payment.I went to my portal after few days, I think they adjusted something - as I was able to verify my checking account. So basically, I was penalized for their own mistake. Up to this date, no one has called or emailed me to discuss this issue.

We moved into Carillon Towers about a month ago. We are very happy here. The building, landscaping, and parking garage are kept very clean. The staff have been very accommodating.

Carillon Towers are very nice office spaces. I think one of the best values in DFW. The location is excellent and there are plenty of good restaurants to frequent for lunch. The onsite amenities are very nice also and the restrooms on our floor are redone and very nice. Allison was a huge help and made the process of moving in very seamless and she was great to work with. I highly recommend this location for your office.

I writing to let you know how very pleased I am with my experience leasing an office thru Brenda Blake. I had been looking for a private office to lease for about month. Brenda and I had communicated via email over the weeks and met yesterday. She was very prompt to email me back initially and ongoing. She was even returning emails that I had questions to well into the evening last night! I relocated from Colleyville to Dallas last week. I communicated with 4 property leasing agents, one in which was Brenda. She by far exceeded the other leasing agents. I communicated and met with some leasing agents that were so pushy sales wise and cared more about meeting their own sales numbers and less about what was going to be a good fit for me. Brenda was informative about the area, the building and what it had to offer. She was overall just a joy to work with! She has a passion for her job and it shows!Thanks again, I am very excited about my new work home!Tracy Higgins

After a month of driving around North Dallas, Boxer Carillon Towers is the best contemporary office in the market. The place offer you all the physical facilities of executives spaces without the high human cost! Dont drive around, move your startup here!
