I thoroughly enjoyed coming to work partly due to the quality of our office building and its staff. Candice goes above and beyond to continue supporting us as a business whenever we need help, even when it’s outside her scope of duties; the staff here at Boxer Properties has always been kind, polite, and courteous. Even if I catch them in the hallway and I need some help, they ensure it gets done. The property is well-maintained inside and out. They are always cleaning and dusting to meet the standards you would want when people are visiting your place of business. If you’re looking for office space, you should consider what they have to offer.

Boxer Property has done an excellent job, updating and maintaining this property. Facilities maintenance keeps everything running smoothly. The location is excellent for anyone who desires close proximity to the Gulf Freeway and the Clear Lake commercial area since the building sits right at the entrance to the NASA bypass. Brandon Strozk, the leasing agent, did a tip top job finding me the right office space, to fit my needs, at a favorable rate. Thank you Brandon.

We absolutely love our office! We have been with the property for 6 years. During our recent expansion I would like to recognize Candice Beadle and Anthony Hampton for going above and beyond to help us renovate and move into our new Boxer space.
