Athena was a LIFESAVER. She explained everything in a way that anyone could understand, she was incredibly communicative at all times, and she truly cares about all her clients. We used the VA loan as my husband is a USMC Veteran, which can complicate things (as the VA typically does). Not with Athena! Not only did she take care of us, she has added benefits to honor Veterans. We went over different scenarios to determine what worked best for our family, and she ended up saving us from so much stress. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

She was able to talk us through every step, all the way until closing. It didn’t matter the question, or the fact that most of those questions were anxiety driven. She was not only understanding, but extremely kind and knowledgeable when answering. My husband has a contract driven job, which did make the whole process different but she never made us feel uneasy. We have our dream house and she went above and beyond to make sure that happened for us with a rate and payment we were extremely happy with!
