    The overall experience was great. My only negative feedback, would be to inform your client upfront that if they could possibly schedule the closing date at the beginning of the month instead of at the end that they would be able to push the first payment back by an entire month. This would have been a useful piece of information due to the fact that we are also trying to sell our other home.

From execution date to closing was 15 days - we were able to close TEN DAYS early (that never happens)! Also, as the listing agent, I would get updates on where the loan was in the process and a calendar outlining projected dates of completion. I typically have to chase down the buyers agent for this information, which made my life so much easier. Finally, there was always someone available to respond to an email, or pick up the phone!
