Zach and his team are The Best. My family recently bought a house in The Woodlands and doing the Mortgage with Zach was the most easiest and stress free part of buying our house in this crazy market. The process was super smooth, he help us close in record time and he was able to obtain an amazing rate for us. He is very knowledgeable about all the things that affect the market and consequently the mortgage rate. He shared his knowledge with us as he explained events that can affect the rate to go up/down. During our purchase he watched the rates like a hawk during Fed announcement, job rate releases and timed it perfectly to lack the rate at the best rate available during our purchasing period (very impressive). His customer service is also to the next level. He was always available for any questions, and worked with all parties smoothly for a quick closing.I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed in hiring him.
