If you are looking for a great realtor Mr. Reginald Cole is it. My experience with him was “exceptional”. He helped me find my forever home. I am so meticulous, and Reginald was very patient with helping me through the process of finding what I was looking for. He is a good listener and was always available when I called with questions and or concerns. I must say I was extremely impressed with his level of knowledge – he knows his craft.I was nervous about the processes; however, he assured me not to worry. He explained everything well, and managed every obstacle which relieved a lot of stress for me. I was selling my old home, and the buyers wanted to move in sooner than I was prepared for. Reginald worked his magic making it possible for me to move into my new home, meeting all deadlines for closing.Reginald ensured the warranties were transferred to me, and on top of that I received a new roof (wha hoo)! Working with Reginald has been an awesome experience! He worked with me and advised me on how to build, fix and maintain my credit with his “Get Ready” program. Once that was where it needs to be he directed me to the right people to get the house I wanted. He’s selfless, caring, professional and truly in it to help you, his client. He won’t stop until you are happy! The house buying market was rough and at times vicious but thru it all Reginald was there helping me find and get what I wanted and needed.

Great he is well knowledgeable about therealtor business works we people well takes you threw the mortgage information and tell you if you will receive money on the signing day. I was very impressed with how he dealt with Title Company and the way he kept me informed. He was there with when I had my walk through with the house I was buying and showed me something that needed To be done and somethings that needed to be done over. Reginald is a hi level commodity when it comes to the Realtors.

My experience was a AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Reginald I wasnt where I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program with Reginald to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasnt easy. At times I became discouraged and even wanted to give up, however Reginald reminded me of the final goal and today Im a homeowner. Thank you for the encouragement and continued support.
