I absolutely can not recommend enough the best Home loan company in Waco, TX. Charles McCulloch’s team of loan officers made the entire process so simple and easy and stress free. They made my mortgage and home buying experience actually pleasant and enjoyable! To this day I have a gift he sent me hanging in my kitchen after closing. I had a very tough and unique situation as a self employed person who others couldn’t assist. Charles got it done and got me approved for almost three times what I was asking for. My experience with McCulloch Mortgage team was a breath of fresh air.I was introduced to Charles after having a very bad experience with another mortgage company that left me without a home and very hesitant to even try to purchase a home.Charles was very transparent from the beginning of the process until the end and very easy to work with. I cant say enough GOOD tings about Brent and his team. They pushed my loan to the finish line despite a lot of challenges and ups and downs along the way.
