    I just completed my first Simple Flip. It was my first flip project ever and I am so grateful to everyone for their patience and dedication to my vision. As a newbie to real estate, and also being a woman, when speaking with finance professionals, not everyone has the patience to understand and explain the process before you start a transaction. Everyone at Simplending helped me tremendously bc as excited as I was, it was still my first project so I was nervous at the same time and I just wanted things to go smoothly bc weve all heard the stories...I worked with Moisés and he always took the time to answer my calls or get right back to me, which was one of the main reasons why I chose Simplending. The other deciding reason was because the entire process only took about 2 weeks. From contacting them, paying the $500 application fee, setting up appraisal, to closing! I cant wait to start on my next project which will be a fix and hold. I will update review after that experience as well.

    Thank you Moisés at Simplending for providing excellent service and quick access to funds. We were able to close in just 2 weeks and when I put in a draw request, I received funds when promised. Communication was clear. Moises is bilingual. The office tells you what they need from you and once you get it back to them, closing moves quickly. If you want your loan to move quickly, you need to move too.In conclusion I am repeating business and would recommend family and friends interested in investing in real estate to start here. Success is much more obtainable when you have the right team. An honest loan officer with experience and reputable business with integrity.
