Sharon was the mortgage consultant on the recent transaction of our first home purchase. She was extremely knowledgable and was patient walking us through every step of the way. She was able to secure us an incredible interest rate!! She took videos of various forms explaining line by line what each charge was for, which was incredible because we could use it as a reference as things continued to be updated. She is extremely thoughtful and easily accessible and helped make us feel very comfortable during the whole process! I would highly recommend Sharon to be on your team- she was the best!!

Sharon is a true professional and has been instrumental in helping us buy our house and some investment properties. She goes above and beyond to make sure that we get the best possible loans and is available literally night and day to answer our questions and to make sure we close on time. Sharon is always available when we need her and always prompt in getting back with us. Sharon is exceptional in the way she handles the entire process, from the application of loan until the closing. Our transactions were not easy, but Sharon was very insightful and determined to get us the best loans possible and she always came through. She went the extra mile to make sure we were able to close every time. We highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to get a loan. It has been a pleasure to work with her and we will definitely use her in the future if we purchase another property.

Sharon Neider is an excellent mortgage broker. I have worked with her on two separate occasions and I would not use anyone else for purchasing a home in Texas.My mother first recommended Sharon when my husband and I were considering purchasing our first home. I was really nervous, because my husband and I had credit and tax issues that I believed would prevent us from being able to purchase a home. After reviewing our financial documents, Sharon told me that we could definitely get a house and she gave us the steps we needed to take in order to make that dream a reality. A couple weeks later, after we got all of our documentation in order, I got a promotion that required us to relocate to Louisiana; unfortunately, that meant we could not use Sharon (licensed in TX). When my husband and I did buy a house in LA, we were informed and 100% prepared. Even though we did not use Sharon, it was because of her that we got our act together and made our first home purchase a reality.This past year we moved back to Texas (so happy to be back!) and we decided to move to The Hill country. This meant we could finally work with Sharon on purchasing a new home. Just like last time, Sharon laid everything out for us in an easy to understand, easy to action way. She kept us informed, followed up with our realtor independently when I was out of the country for work, and gave us unsolicited updates. This was an arduous process, because we were working with a difficult seller (no realtor) that drew out the repair process for months. Just recently, after closing on the house 6 months ago, Sharon personally contacted me to make sure that we filed for homestead. I wish everyone I worked with had the same work-ethic as Sharon!Long story short, Sharon is your best choice for a mortgage broker in Texas.

Had the pleasure of working with Sharon in the financing of my new home. I had shopped around with a few different mortgage companies and made the decision to go with Sharon for a couple reasons. First and foremost she took the time to understand my situation and made me feel like she was taking an interest in me personally. Secondly, she was able to give me a much better idea of what wed be looking at as far as interest rates and the process compared to the generic responses I was getting from others. Ultimately I just felt more comfortable with Sharon and that she had more of an interest in me than the other companies I was talking to. The transaction ended up going as smoothly as I could have hoped for and she was there for anything I needed through the entire process.
