We had the best experience with guild. Our lender, Shelley Sammons was incredible. In my opinion, she pulled off a miracle and got us to closing in eight days. We were a month in with another company who kept dropping the ball and we’ve extended our closing date. I would recommend Shelly to anyone !

What I know without any question, working with Shelley on several of our mortgages throughout the years is, you will never find anyone that works harder for you! She makes less stress for her clients hands down!! If you are not concerned about just being a file #, or if you have a lot of time and can afford to babysit other lenders to do right by you, and need the cheapest process she may not be what you need. However, if your like me and time is money you NEED her in your corner! She probably will not ever be the cheapest on rates but she is so far above and way beyond the rest in service that if you are looking at the whole picture she is a true game changer to some of the biggest and craziest times in your life! My uncle told me a long time ago, “ a person is the most scatter brained when you fall in love, buy a house or a car. Always have someone look out for your interest when you aren’t at your best”.
